  1. I would agree, at least MPT tries, not sure Ellis always does and Ipswich track suits him better so a good fit for them.
  2. I can fully understand your feelings and I hope he fails too, Peterborough was one of the great racetracks and will be missed massively but it looks a cracking team he has put together.
  3. play off final contenders definitely as long as they all stay fit, MPT is the only one that is a bit iffy, i expect they offered Ellis a place but Ipswich got him.
  4. Tobi is bound to put a few on the gate maybe even a few Panthers fans despite their misgivings.
  5. As I said before it is more difficult at Premiership level but I have seen him team ride in the Championship.
  6. Cant see that happening, he can team ride just more difficult at Premiership level. I am sure with Ellis in your team they can help each other and form a good partnership.
  7. Danny always has a bad patch during the season for whatever reason but usually when needed at the end of the season he is back to his best , it was the same when he rode for Poole. Could be a ploy to keep his average down. He always gets slated during the season but always comes back fighting.
  8. King will win far more races, true to say mainly from the front as he is a great gater but he is not just a gater. Ben is improving all the time and will be a great asset to Belle Vue
  9. Completely disagree, Cook is on the up but King is far better currently especially at Ipswich
  10. No chance Danny King wont be back, very few ride Foxhall as well as him and rode brilliantly in the play offs.
  11. There are one or two on here who want us closed and it has been mentioned in the local paper and it is a cloud that hangs over us but I dont believe 2024 will be our last season, Matt and Danny Ford have both been positive about our future and living in France wont change their resolve to fight for the club.
  12. I totally agree alot of riders have lived here but not ridden here, a top class gp rider choosing to ride here year after year is a great thing and should be applauded not slated, also Emil riding here has been fantastic for British Speedway
  13. He isnt thinking about personal pride when he is racing, he just wants to win for his team.
  14. He doesnt need to ride here, he has been loyal to British Speedway unlike others like Robert Lambert who decide not to ride here.
  15. I believe Doyle when he says he is happy at Ipswich, you can see what it means to him when he wins important races for Ipswich. He is a honest guy who clearly likes his employer and wants to do well for them.
  16. Yes fair comment but in my experience alot of fans are unaware of what goes on behind the scenes.
  17. Well I would think most Panther fanswiil go to the NA to see speedway , a boycott wont affect buster much
  18. I hope it works out for him after all his struggles, quite a high average but if he performs to his best could be a good move
  19. No I am not a Sheffield fan but I like watching Tobi ride, such an exciting rider to watch.
  20. Bit of a shame for Sheffield fans that Tobi isnt back, rather have him than Tai personally
