  1. A 26 year old who it seems only a few people have heard of doesn't sound too promising!
  2. Not cheating in my opinion just clever, like using Lambert in the playoffs.
  3. No but is not great away, bit like Jorgensen at Kings Lynn.
  4. Rew is a bit of an unknown but should do well, Lidsey is probably the best reserve, I don't think King had his best season last year and this season should be easier for him at 3. Riss is the weak link in my view.
  5. Probably because his dirty side has resulted in getting injured which didn't happen when he was younger but I am only guessing as I haven't seen him ride recently.
  6. I doubt it would be countered by heat 12 and 14 , Danny king is capable of winning heat 12 and they have Rew and Thomas at reserve.
  7. Yes true, there is more than one way to build a team so the way Kings Lynn is built would mean they need to go in to the latter races of meetings with a lead.
  8. What a great team to be a part of especially for the younger riders, they will learn so much from Doyley and Emil. I hope Hume is the last rider, he deserves his chance.
  9. I don't think anyone is slating him, love to see him ride, a big boost for British Speedway. I expect even Scotty Nicholls would enjoy seeing him ride over here.
  10. Sounds like good news, they were allowed to compete in Arhletics but not under the Russian flag. Maybe I am wrong and he won't get any unwarranted flak from away fans.
  11. I agree he shouldn't be tarred with the same brush nor should any other Russian sportsperson.
  12. No I agree most should just appreciate his ability and than Chris Louis for getting him, he will certainly improve crowds wherever he goes.
  13. Yes of course and I am sure you are bright enough to realise that if he didn't have Polish citizenship he wouldn't be allowed to compete.
  14. Great signing for. Ipswich but may get a mixed reception elsewhere as he is still Russian even if he is a Polish citizen.
  15. Yes I agree it was caused because he hit Darcy's back wheel. I am probably confusing it with another meeting at Coventry, there have been a few wet nights at Coventry.
  16. The play offs are for the clubs as well and if the league title wasn't on the line less fans would turn up. It is a money spinner and will remain because the clubs can't afford it not to stay.
  17. Well who knows what is said in the pits, it wasn't surprising Batch didn't want to ride and he had a minor crash where he apparently had a hand injury but rode in his next meeting. I assume there was an argument, Chris Holder came out but missed the two minutes on purpose then rode very slowly seemingly to make a point. He is a very approachable Bloke so maybe I will ask him when I see him next although I have no idea when that will be.
