  1. I was there too Lisa, incredible meeting. What do you mean one of the best!!
  2. Yes I remember it well, best comeback in our history. Awful night weather wise but amazing meeting.
  3. So spreading false rumours is ok as long as it is in line with the agenda of accusing Poole of doing something underhand.
  4. And we are very grateful he saw the light.
  5. Who is Steve Lawson? I haven't heard this rumour that Roynon had signed for Plymouth.
  6. Sounds like a plan. Can't see it happening, may as well get Batchelor back.
  7. Good point, so it looks like the team will be under the points limit again because in my opinion Hume is still the best option unless you get another rider that hasn't ridden here before.
  8. But those won't be a 3 point average, with Hume you can have better riders the main body of the team
  9. Personally I think he will always be the better rider of the two over a complete season, they will both have their ups and downs like last season.
  10. I think I replied in a honest way, obviously I hope things work for the best outcome at Poole. As for Ipswich they have a good back for Doyle in King, I don't think they need a superstar signing to back up Doyle, he can win most meetings on his own!
  11. Not weaker in my view, Ben Cook can easily step up, he was riding like a heat leader at the end of the season and more racing will help in view, riding in the Premiership can only make him better. I don't think we will need to make changes, we could have done last season with the way some of our riders were performing but we kept faith and it worked out pretty well. Also our number 7 is better, more experienced rider although I hope Ablitt will be back at some point in the future.
  12. I think you should get Hume back, improving rider who in my opinion could put a point on his average.
  13. Ben Cook didn't have the best of starts to the season but he finished the season like a true heat leader, always seems to have the edge over his brother too which is a plus for Peterborough when they meet Wolves. One of the things both Cooks are good at is listening and learning from other riders, if Holder is in the team that would certainly help him and in my opinion the track will suit him and the Panthers fans will grow to love him, some of his rides and passes at the end of last season were amazing. At 25 some might think he won't improve anymore but I think there is still plenty to come .
  14. Personally don't think any of them are one track ponies and are genuine heat leader standard, Becker had a bad start to last season but rode much better later in the season.I certainly don't think Wolves are a bad team.
  15. Just thought I would ask what you had got wrong which as it turns out many others got wrong too.
  16. The team is built very solid with no weak links, most of the riders are capable improving, some more than others. Worrall and Lawson may not but the others should, even if we have a dodgy start, history tells us that come the play offs we will usually be at our best. I don't know how Middlo does it but if there is a secret formula he has it.
  17. His early season average dropped to 4.90 so to get it to 6.09 shows how good he was later in the season. Easily capable of a 7 point average in my view.
  18. Ben is easily capable of staying as third heat leader, his 6 point average is false as he had a bad start to the season, I appreciate it will be tougher and a step up but some of his performances later in the season were so good that I believe he is easily capable of moving up.
  19. I think Zach will do well at Wolves too in his first year in the Premiership
  20. Chalk and cheese in terms of potential, Zach will improve alot next season, Keleher was awful riding for Poole.
