Well doing a few laps in Australia is totally different to riding in the Championship with Poole.

Can’t see Rory coming back myself, his age wouldn't be on his side.

The ref was certainly called to the pits and there was talk of the track causing the punctures but it didn't affect anyone else so no idea what was the cause.

Yes I think he would of won heat 14 but it was the only heat he showed any real desire to pass anyone.

Yes not good, blamed his pit crew I seem to recall, don't know how he thought he could get away with it. He was a pretty decent rider on his day and from a family with a big history in the sport which made it even more surprising.

Always liked Kennett, used to ride Poole track very well but seems unlikely he will be back in any team. The ban was for a dodgy exhaust I seem to recall.

Yes agree, I am one who has been on his case . I thought his attitude at Kings Lynn was terrible, we had just won the title and he was nowhere to be seen, i know he felt he could have won heat 14 but these things happen you don't go into a big sulk, Middlo had to beckon him over several times to pick up his medal then other riders had to encourage to try to enjoy the moment, I didn't notice it much at the time apart from he seemed to be always at the back not wanting to be part of it but watched it back on BSN and it is more obvious I can't imagine the other riders or management appreciated it. Lawson for example had never won a title before, he was superb on the night and he ended up trying to get Drew to enjoy it. I spoke to Kyle Newman at Poole in the first leg and personally would love to have him back in the team.

I think it would be a good move for Glasgow, he improved last season and has more to give, unfortunately had a bad crash that ended his season that hurt Ipswich as well as Glasgow. I would definitely welcome him back at Poole If Glasgow didn't want him.

I was also one who was unsure about Lawson but he has all the qualities we all like as fans, I particularly like his determination to win even when it looks like a lost cause

We should be able to have another team that can compete with keeping the nucleus of the title winning side. If the limit is 40 we could just drop Kemp for a two pointer but that would be too big a risk in my view so we have to drop Worrall too.

Can't see Hume coming back he has family in Glasgow I believe so I would think he would stay with Glasgow.

Yes that is poor but maybe most clubs wouldn't do that either, I am afraid that is where we are with Speedway in this country,that said it must have been a massive loss of revenue for Leicester, not surprised it was such a small crowd though and Kings Lynn only had one small bar open and the back straight was closed off.

I still don't really know how the track was ok after Buster had seemingly sorted it and why it got to dangerous to ride in a couple of days, I know we had more rain but had nearly two days of dry weather leading up to Friday evening. Why couldn't it be sorted again.

I hope. Not, Danny is the captain and one of my favorite riders, he isn't getting any younger but still has alot to give and never gives up. If we have to let one of our heat leaders go it has to be Steve Worrall.

More often than not it is a bit of both, I think Nathan should be given another season, he has improved over the season, i would keep Danny King, Richard Lawson, both Cooks and Nathan, let Kemp and Worrall go.

Poole won the league by winning the playoffs. We have lost the playoffs before and been top of the league and nobody credited us with winning the league.

I don't think Drew will be back, he has a poor attitude, I know he was upset with heat 14 but to act the way he did was awful really. I didn't really know what the booing was about, to me just a racing incident. Drew seemed to have the speed to pass but at the crucial moment bottled it but in heat 14 showed much more desire to win the race. He started the season at reserve and moved to second string which shows improvement but it doesn't seem like he can move to the next level so in my view it would be a massive risk to sign him for next season. Overall a decent meeting and we were definitely up for it from the start, once we got our set ups sorted we rode well and there were some very good races with excellent passes, our heat leaders rode very well and as expected Lawson was the best rider on show. The Cook Brothers were on fire as they have been recently, I don't know how Middlo does it but he always gets the team firing at the right time. I know he didn't trouble the scorers but unlike Kemp Nathan Ablitt’s attitude has been excellent this season and we all like a trier. We'll done to all the team, management, fans,great support and awesome performance on what was a very cold night in Norfork.

Yes you are correct it did used to be a cracking racetrack and they have had world cup meetings there and most of the top riders have ridden for Kings Lynn.

I have never said you haven't lost your home advantage because obviously you have. Kings Lynn is a bigger track than most in this country and most riders ride don't have a problem riding it. The racing I believe has improved this season but with the rain we have all had may not be so good tonight.

I won't but I can't answer for others. I will obviously be very happy but not gloating that isn't my style.

No annoyance from me or nearly every Poole fan on here, I believe only one has mentioned it being a neutral track. For the purpose of this meeting this is Leicester's home track and they should be afforded all the benefits of riding at home.

It was a little joke, I thought you would pick me up on the fact that you have to gate at Kings Lynn but I have heard that it has been better this season and I. agree Ablitt will get passed but he has improved during the season although if he scores a point tonight it will be a shock.
