Yes Bomber has only a 7 point average surprisingly so no options even Janowski's 8.67 is too low for Iversen or Doyle as a guest away from home. I know it would be a whole lot easier for poole if Bomber wasn't fit but it's the play offs and i want to see a great meeting with the top riders. He's irreplaceable at Poole too, the best away rider at Poole for me, he rides it like his home track.
-
Maybe they would have left it until this morning but in any case it is a good thing as Bomber and Magic need time to recover so we can have both top riders going at it not gate and go like it would have been on a damp track.
-
Still think its the right decision forecast was awful and i expect the track is still wet.
-
I dont anyone has said it wasnt the right call, well done Coventry for the early decision, maybe usually wouldnt havent been called off until this morning but sometimes forecasters get it right!
-
Zagar is certainly not at his best and they woulnt replace a fully fit Zagar, Tai rode in gp not in league but it is like janowski had to ride in gp after his crash, if that had been a league meeting he would have withdrawn, i think Rosco can see that but playing mind games. Poole have been crucified on here before for riders riding abroad not here but the pressure polish riders get from there team means if they can stand they ride. Years ago Oxford rested Dryml when riding everywhere abroad that was tactical because they were stronger without him and shouldnt have been allowed this is completely different.

Belle Vue lucky that meeting didn't start on time then. He should be,he digs enough holes for himself on this forum!! Harris will have no problem riding through the pain barrier for Coventry, i thought it was said he rode on after the accident. Janowski rode today but still struggling judging by his score. So both number one's struggling and with no viable alternatives.
-
Belle vue are lucky there in it, original meeting k lynn v leicester was called off after heat 9 and a lot of k lynn fans thought heat 10 should have been run
-
Still dont think it was dangerous im sure harris would have gone out if havvy had let him and i still think coventry losing had a lot to do with havvys stance
-
Maybe in retrospect they should not have refused to ride then part of the fine money could have be used for a new rider
-
It shouldn't be affected by the weather according to the forecast, missing Kylmo is a blow but not as bigger blow as missing Magic if he isn't fit with only Jonsson as a reasonable alternative whereas Lindgren is a very able deputy for Joonas.
-
Just want two full teams and hopefully by friday they will be all fit.
-
True but that was before Janowski and Newman was injured, it will be very tough without them as they were the main factors why we won last year. Still forecast looks good for friday so hope they are ok by then.
-
I agree the play offs should be postponed for two weeks to give riders time to recover, having said that Janowski rode not fit and Pedersen didn't look too good either.
-
Magic looks in pain tonight we cant do without him
-
Good job its friday give magic more time to recover
-
Really happy with this decision, forecast was terrible, nobody wants it a wet meeting, we want two teams going for it and is easier work wise for most i would imagine.
-
No nor do i ,Watt should be at 4. The play offs are fantastic, i love them, best thing to happen to speedway in recent memory and the team that wins the title fully deserves to be crowned champions
-
Not sure about that, did you see what N000rth scored last time at home!

I like Freddie Lindgren always have, just hope he isn't a match winner.
