  1. So why we're Wolves and Belle Vue, and Poole presumably told that Zagar, Piotr and Woffy were reassessed to 9 when they were planning to be used on their old averages from 2014-2016? Seemingly what was a rule suddenly no longer applies. Yes folks, you really cannot make some of this stuff up.
  2. We don't know who applies. Nothing has been released. Unless you have the link to confirm it of course.
  3. Your opinion may be right or wrong. We just don't know. As for the ruling on the 9 point reassessed after a year tho is more readily available. Has been quoted several times in interviews in the speedway star and on social media that the reassessed rule has stopped riders like Piotr, Zagar and Woffy coming back who seemed set to because of that ruling. CVS mentioned it at a talk in in November and wax reiterated again on Tuesday. Woffy was interested in coming back, we know Zagar was looking to rejoin the Aces whilst Piotr had asked Wolves to circulate his name with a supposed 'done deal' to join Poole. It's not so much debate as a known thing.
  4. Can you point me to any part of my comment where I have slagged Poole off??? Answer , you won't find it so stop with the tired and well worn replies and attempts to make it into a Poole hating witchhunt. I'm slating the BSPA FFS You really can't help yourself can you???
  5. Good reply. That's part of the problem. It's the BSPA's fault. No one knows what criteria they are using to make this change happen. We have no idea if it's a perfectly legitimate loophole or not!!!! But yet again if you don't clarify the rules for ALL of course there are going to be loopholes to use. I couldn't care who it is. Fans want fairness and transparency for all.
  6. He will be the first person outside the BSPA who has! That's the trouble, they have given no qualifying criteria. 2017? 2018? One or both? Have ridden in a GP or qualified for one? Any rider that's ridden more than a quarter of the years GP series is technically good enough to be classed a GP standard rider IMHO. This is part of the problem. You are quoting a rule that hasn't been released fully to the public. So in truth we don't know what constitutes a GP rider. Yet again the failure on clarity of rules is allowing this loophole to be explored. Killer IS a GP rider in 2017 because he rode 9 of the 12 rounds. You won't find any published ruling that backs up your case. We are all assuming Killer doesn't apply because he isn't classed as a GP rider. Could be right or wrong. The BSPA may have allowed Poole to use his now outdated average because it's cover and temporary for a few weeks. Could be wrong could be right. There is no black and white answer to why this has been allowed. Only those of us trying to guess the logic because the ruling won't back it up! Peterborough have already had the first call off of the year with the Ben Fund.
  7. What we do know tho is if any other team had signed Kildemand on a low 7 Shov would be shouting cheating as loud as you like.
  8. Just have to agree to disagree on this one then.
  9. Because they seem to make up the rules and change them to suit when they want to. Could be any reason tho.
  10. Started as reserve then elevated into the series full time. If he had become World Champion I'd assume your point would be the same?
  11. 9 rounds ridden proves different.
  12. Absolutely disagree. Any rider that rode 9 of the 12 rounds is by any definition a 2017 GP rider. He may well have started the season as first reserve however became a full time rider due to injuries of others. It's a disgraceful technicality to say that because he started as a reserve is a legit argument. Don't buy that at all.
  13. And I think you'd struggle to find anyone that would disagree with you either!
  14. Good to hear the restaging date for the Poole match is 23rd April
  15. Absolutely official. Just not towards averages. I meant to use the term 'redeclare' loosely. And of course you are absolutely correct. Totally inconsistent interpretations of the same rule, dependant on any day and whoever asks. The minute they reassessed some (well just 3 we know) and let some stay on an average after saying if you miss a season then you need reassessing was doomed to failure as soon as they picked and chose who applied. As usual a complete mess up.
  16. And if Chris is missing no official meetings there is no need to declare tho? FWIW I can see Killer being here longer than a few weeks.
  17. Yes they did have to cancel it if there was no chance of practising before Monday. Poole have done the right thing agreeing to cancel. Wolves would have done the same if it was at Poole. There is no need to sign any one if Chris won't miss an 'official' fixture. Just don't get that at all.
  18. Then it makes even less sense. If he isn't missing league matches (which I doubt in all honesty) then RR should be operated. MF isn't helping Wolves out at all. Press and Practise is vital for ALL teams. Poole would have done exactly the same thing if there P&P was called off too. Wolves would have agreed to cancel if the match was at Wimborne road because of how important the press day is.
  19. Both were likely coming back, no less or more likely than Zagar. Piotr asked for his name to be circulated if Wolves couldn't fit him in. Poole fans believed he was already a dead cert. Woffy certainly was in consideration at Wolves and spoken to CVS. The ruling was to ensure wolves couldn't build a super team.
  20. CVS confirmed it at the Wolves talk in in November. Any new rider to GB league from GP's are 8. I agree there is no consistency whatsoever.
  21. So what happened to the ruling that GP riders and those who didn't ride here in 2017 are reassessed to a 9 then?? It's known that Piotr Pawlicki, Woffy (wolves assets) and Zagar (Aces) were looking at coming back only to be slapped with a 9 average. Only Iversen of those you name had an average over 8 so it would seem you are saying selected riders can keep an outdated average whilst others can't which by any definition is grossly unfair.
  22. Didn't he ride in the vast majority of GP's in 2017??? The ruling seems to be any GP rider of 2017/2018 because Piotr (not in GP's this year) is a 9. He didn't ride here in 2017 either, another qualifying criteria. Blinkered and blind beyond belief. I'm not sure it's a grey area at all. He rode several GP's in 2017 and didn't ride here in 2017 either. Both those criterias have prevented Piotr, Woffy and Zagar from riding here this year on there low 7 averages also. It's a short term thing so that's the only logical reason it's been allowed. However it doesn't stop the fact that Killer shouldn't be allowed to use his old average tho. More like targeting Wolverhampton.
  23. Am I reading it right that Kildemand is a temporary replacement for Holder???? How on earth is that legal or even possible. Kildemand is by any definition a GP rider from 2017 by the amount of GP's he appeared in and all this nonsense that he was a reserve is total bull. He is an assessed 9 like Woffy, Piotr and Zagar no question. He therefore cannot replace a rider on a 7. Anything else is a total disgrace if this is allowed to happen. How many ringers are Poole trying to assemble?? Huge embarrassment to the sport if this is sanctioned.
  24. Press release just says Ben left 'by mutual agreement of both parties'. Still seems odd tho.
