  1. I certainly thought and believed that the tier 2 rider would be the protected one otherwise it makes little sense. The tier 1's really should be the only ones that can move up. From the reading of the rules it does seem there has been a change of plan. Ridiculous tho.
  2. Why would KK be out till May 1? Even if he had a broken collarbone he wouldn't be out that long. Advocating cheating already eh?
  3. Think they have been hoping that all close season!
  4. Iversen is a temporary replacement for Troy tho isn't he?If bachelor is allowed to sign for someone else and Iversen leaves end of April (that's what his signing indicates or until Troy is fit to return) then you are really in the dark stuff! You better hope troy doesn't go elsewhere!
  5. Like wolves, they no longer run on a bank holiday Monday as Poland have been riding also the past few seasons.
  6. I would tend to agree with you too. The Swedish 2nd division can be strong because senior riders can double down however it's rare they put out a line up with all the top boys on the same day. The Danish team strength is under rated IMHO
  7. And equally have no business picking a meaningless supposed international challenge meeting. Club comes first, unless it's country.
  8. Totally irrelevant. The King's Lynn fixture is just a glorified international challenge.
  9. Exactly! And if Chapman has said it's ok it blows the myth that he is good news as BSPA chairman.
  10. What a total farce it will be if contracted club riders ride elsewhere in the UK whilst their contracted club rides on the same night. It's irelevant if the club meeting is an official one or a challenge.
  11. With some PL clubs keen to move up (Glasgow say they are considering 2017), Ipswich say they've ill return when it suits , Sheffield have a forward thinking management team that might be keen so as per usual there is likely to be a top flight as usual.
  12. Now that teams are complete... 1. Poole 2. Belle Vue 3. Swindon 4. Wolves 5. Coventry 6. Lakeside 7. Kings Lynn 8 . Leicester
  13. They look pants on paper. So many ifs about them. Their future rests on both Poles as far as I see it. Bomber will do what bomber does, king will do ok without improving that much whilst garrity will hold his own and likely be a heat leader after 4 meetings. Both reserves will have their moments despite looking one of the weaker pairings. So if KK can bounce back from a dismal year bees could be a top 4 outfit. If Wornya turns out to be half decent then the fans will be more than happy. Jury out for me.
  14. It is wrong as anything that's open to manipulation should be stopped. I believe they brought in a like for like policy a couple of seasons ago which to me helps eliminate any chances of trying to bend the averages to suit, just as the obvious efs for troy last year to get darcy in. Just wrong in my eyes. any team below the points limit can build up to it that's no issue. Trying to bend the rules like Swindon did last year should be cut out.
  15. I'm not suggesting anything of the kind. Build up to the limit absolutely. However it is already clear that Iversen was too high for Lynn to fit in as their last signing prior to the announcement he is a temporary replacement for Batch. If Niels decides to stay it would be wrong of Lynn to replace there newcomer with Batch - that was my only point.
