  1. As per usual you don't read all the comments clearly. I was using SCB's logic that the 3 meetings he has done for Peterborough makes him the better PL rider. The same logic you can use to judge Greg's last 3 GP rounds. If only you could keep up. I have no interest in getting into a debate about where I have seen him ride this year. It's really non of your business. But feel free to discuss what tracks and countries you have visited to watch racing this year if it makes you feel happier.
  2. I haven't seen him at Peterborough. it's quite clear you don't read posts correct. Anders has had 3 official matches for Peterborough, but if you want to make an opinion on 3 matches go ahead. You are clearly the sudden expert on Anders so let's hear you're educated opinion on his form this year. Over to the expert. I'd have more respect if you could spell his name right. He rides in other countries other than the PL. You rate him higher than I do. It's no biggie to me if you believe I have seen him or not. No need to get such a hard on over it. Shame I haven't had chance to see him at Peterborough this year. His form for them has been good I grant you.
  3. as SCB would have you believe you can't make a judgement unless you have seen him ride, despite admitting he hasn't travelled to see him ride. You can't make this stuff up. FWIW SCB is going on the 3 meetings he has ridden for Peterborough not the ones over a whole season like Kurtz has. but of course we all know that judging a rider over 3 meetings is much better than a season worth. By the same logic Hancock should be World Champion again. If you want to add any sense to a subject (first time for everything I appreciate) then go do a bit of homework first. And judging a rider on 3 meetings for one team isn't silly? oh dear, can't say I'm surprised. I certainly have no interest in getting into a debate about where I have seen him race. However if you think that's "silly" then so be it. I'd rather rate a rider over a full season. Kurtz will be the most wanted rider in the EL next season. Enough said.
  4. Of course SCB, you are the only person to travel to watch riders race and the only opinion that matters. Back in the real world Thomsen is nowhere near the level, of Kurtz . But you will probably question if I have seen him ride as well.
  5. And the other half chance of being a no better bog standard rider. Arrived with much promise but his progress has been minimal IMHO.
  6. Seen a couple of times and looks decent enough. Would have expected him to be performing better on a more regular basis at this stage of his career. Hope that satisfies your need for information. Precisely my thoughts. However no doubt SCB thinks he knows better.
  7. I know enough thanks. It's just my opinion. To which I'm entitled.
  8. A final PL average of about 6 is decent but looks like he needs another year in PL to even think of being ready for EL, particularly if as it will be in the starting 1-5.
  9. 4 would be a joke and cheat for anyone that signs him. Not sure what averages he will have achieved in Poland or if he has ridden Sweden this season but he has a previous average to reflect his ability. Anything less than a 6 would be a disgrace. 7 seems fair given that Piotr was last assessed , and proved more than fair.
  10. In fairness that isn't what he said in this week's speedway star. He claims he "hasn't been told" what happened and "they haven't been able to keep me in the loop much".
  11. I just admit this picture paints a different story. One can only assume NOT knowing messed with his head.
  12. Apologies. I forgot he rode in heat 15 in the first leg so your figure is correct tellboy. Amazing that an out of form rider rode in heat 15.
  13. On dear. North had a 6.62 average start of September. By scoring 13 points over 2 legs he has achieved his average. A rider out of form wouldn't score to their average as you, and others suggested. So the theory is blown out the window. Move along, nothing else to see.
  14. Of course you are right. 13 points from 9 rides isn't bang out of form as moaners like you claimed. Classic bwitcher.
  15. poor thing. It must be awful to realise that the sycophants were right all along. Seems fair, don't know why Coventry felt they had a right to appeal the Poole league result. Result was called on the night. Well said. The play offs yet again prove why they are vital to the sport. What a superb advert so our sport. Play Off sycophant loud and proud. Congratulations to Poole, the deserved winners on the night, over 2 legs and over the season. Belle Vue did themselves proud and can hold their heads held high. Still a little surprised that the 1st leg wasn't amended due to gogglegate and what a finale that would have been. Surprised no one has mentioned the out of form North in the final? 13 points over 2 legs proved Poole gained nothing by using Kennett. Hopefully his performances in the final will make his parents, particularly his dad, proud.
  16. It's all pretty clear. Can't believe anyone can see it was an honest mistake , however rules are rules and the 2 points should be deducted. It's fair and not at all anti Poole to suggest so either.
  17. I was hoping for Zack too, however he is injured so isn't an option anyway.
  18. Yet again i reiterate it isn't part of his job description to do so.
  19. It's not for the start marshall to take action. It isn't in his jurisdiction to take action.
  20. And it's down to any team manager to protest a rule break. Middlo would have and rightly so!
  21. Personally i think some Poole fans are taking this too personally. It's against the rules starman, surely you aren't suggesting that any rule is ignored? Poole fans would rightly be calling for the points removed if it was the aces and no one would be suggesting that would be wrong. Even a 2 point loss on the night to Poole would have been a great result and are still clear favourites to retain the title.
  22. It can and it should. Lots of results have been changed due to a rule break after the meeting. Assuming belle vue complained then there is no reason why the result won't be amended before the 2nd leg.
