  1. Exactly. When riders rode any condition and not acted like superstars. No doubt he will get harassed by the usual taunting mafia Pirates lot! Any excuse to make it seems. Shame he got to look foolish and embarrass his team when standing on it on camera. What are you wittering on about? Where have I ever said Wolves is sub standard? You can quote me on that if you can find it otherwise you are making stuff up. For clarity....... all I’ve probably said (and stand by) is that track preparation on the whole has been lacking for several seasons now. Of course a lot of that issue has been to do with lack of suitable material and very few tracks seem to put this as a priority. Wolves have usually always put entertainment before result. The loss of Doc has seen track prep more difficult to get right and several other Wolves fans have said the racing at Monmore has been nowhere as good the past few seasons. The weather which has blighted racing much of this week has again not been taken into account for the track prep for tonight, including expected rain. You only criticise other tracks and don’t take those issues into account. We all know there is a much bigger picture here. There is little that can be done about that tho. Tracks aren’t owned by the majority and are restricted because of that. If we look back to some of the best SKY meetings over those years a lot were from Wolves. Which I think proves the point that when prepared right it is one of the most exciting tracks in the UK. To ignore that fact shows how bigoted you are towards some tracks more than others.
  2. Congratulations to the Witches, as a team they wanted it more. shocking to see the Pirates carry so many passengers. Holder tho an absolute disgrace. It’s clear him pulling out because he wasn’t interested strengthened the Pirates. Why say you’ve hurt your toe and can put any weight on it when then seen at least twice in the pits standing on it? Naughty boy, your attitude ensured your team didn’t win tonight.
  3. It’s the same boring banging drum on every live thread. It will be at it on Monday as well. Well said Steve, very respectful comment. shocking to see your boys carrying so many passengers, particularly your top 2. Dreadful. Fair play to Sarj who showed what a little commitment does for your team. Sorry Steve, Covatti had already been passed when it was apparent his steel had worked lose. Wasn’t struggling till then. Yes, they have. Check the official averages for the past 2 seasons.
  4. Thank the lord that the commentators have stopped reminding us that THJ was a former GP rider. It’s embarrassing. Dont think there can be much of a worst embarrassment.
  5. Borefest again with red and blue dominating positions. Temporary track it may be but yawn fest it is.
  6. Both Play Off matches so might be interesting to see if they allowed both to carry on if it came to it! It’s the same every year tho isn’t? Weather in September/October has often seen matches cancelled and run completely at short notice with little chance to advertise. Poland and Sweden have it right by finishing their seasons before end of September.
  7. At last a sensible thread. lets hope the Panthers stay in the top flight. That track needs to be at the highest level possible. Fingers crossed its all good news for you guys and you get a team worthy of supporting.
  8. Can only be good news that’s its not one big league. Would be kiss of death.
  9. I agree, rain and heavy track conditions always take away home advantage and favour the away team.
  10. It will all come down to what the points limit for next year will be I guess. But it looks like Swindon might be one of the worst hit.
  11. Can’t see how the Witches can recover from letting a 12 point lead slip. Poole thru by winning away too.
  12. Only till 1st October. lambert 7.81 Cook 7.78 in fact only Fricke, Doyle and Batchelor have averages over 8 from October.
  13. Woffy, out of form in the GPs yet was scoring well in the Polish, Swedish leagues. Out of form in form rider maybe??? Thorssell isn’t out of form, as proven by his scores in the UK leagues as recent as last week.
  14. Well it’s clear he didn’t ride like a novice otherwise how do you explain he outscored a couple of GP standard riders? Using your logic do you assume Dudek will ride like a novice in the last GP in Poland?? As previously stated completely irrelevant comparison.
  15. Yep, nothing wrong with his calls at all. Leave Sarj in heat 9 when 12 up. Allen would be needed later on. As it happens a truly crazy turnaround. When the track has rain on it it always favours the away side to start with. Poole yet again proving they can never be written off in the play offs, must be favourites as well.
  16. The relevance of his Swedish form is??? Next week he is riding in the UK on UK tracks where as shown he has scored well 5 out of the last 6 matches. Way more relevant.
  17. I fail to see the relevance of that. his last 6 scores for Wolves are 13, 4, 14, 9, 10 & 9. Way more relevant.
  18. I totally agree with you, particularly for any newcomers. Even those who have failed to reach the 4 or 5 assessed average they should only be allowed back on their assessed average.
  19. It’s on but might not be in the schedule yet as it’s a reschedule.
  20. This needs making much simpler! No wonder the rule book can be interpreted to suit most arguments!
