That and the continued watering down of the product. -

The only dangerous track was Poole that’s now tons better. -

It’s funny that because reading social media of fans up and down the country describing racing at many tracks as being a ‘good meeting’ you would think racing at MOST tracks have decent racing. Obviously it’s subjective what 2 people consider a good meeting even of the same meeting. I’ve read some tripe over the years as some Aces fans slating a meeting at Monmore when there was passes galore. Id even go as far to say that MOST fans consider racing at their local track decent. Obviously that’s very debatable if that counts as true for all of course. Hopefully that clarifies my position further. -

Haven’t you watched racing from the NSS or Wroclaw before? -

All Poole riders have proven they can ride Wolves as well have stinkers. Im sure they will want to stop Wolves from making the top 4 so will be all out for a win. However can see a home win and 49-41 will do lovely. -

Must win for the Stars, if so they will be a threat for top 4. Can only see a home win however 50-40 -
Got to agree. At best a mediocre reserve at the top level. Never been any different.

Massive meeting for both clubs. If the Aces lose that’s there top 4 aspirations as good as over and a win for the Stars could put them right into the thick of the mix. With Fricke back it’s going to be a tough one for the Stars to get anything out of. -

Most of the times the riders don’t know what points they scored or what’s points tally their team is on in the meeting never mind what the league table looks like. The promotions most definitely would do and wouldn’t be happy if one of his teams riders helped another gain an advantage in the race for the top 4. Riders as basically self employed. I doubt any promotion would try stop their riders earning money. And bearing in mind Masters is an Edinburgh asset, Morris is a Swindon asset and Schlein isn’t owned by Wolves and both he and Nick have guested for a few teams recently. I agree with you totally on the sentiment. But this is what you get when riders ride for 2 teams in the same league and 2 or 3 in other countries! -

I don’t think riders think like that. It’s another chance of earning more money. Harris guests a lot and his team are in the position of a top 4 place. -

Riders will guest if they want, nothing to do with the club they ride for. I see your point about Monday but not tonight tho. -

Aces could miss out on the top 4 at this rate. I know they haven’t had many options this week but surely riders were available to guest from the 2 clubs not riding? -

Farce of a Panthers line up. Where was Wright? Have I missed something? -
Swindon v Poole. Prem. 22/8/19

Don’t be fooled by Poole, after keeping it close things suddenly turned off for the Pirates. Probably Middlo saying let’s lull them into a false sense of security and think they can beat us easy. Or that Swindon are just that much better. -
Wonder what has prompted this? Pete Adams Hopefully would share Tai’s vision for the future as a possible candidate. With Tai in the team there has never been a better chance to win the SON title.

I pity any club that lets him use British speedway again. probably one of the most overrated riders in recent years. Im assuming he will want to come for an over flatted wage as well.
-
He has ridden here up to 2 seasons ago with only Doyle and who else as better riders? Yet he was still well done the average list. The last time he was here I think just Doyle, Iversen and Holder were GP standard. He was low 7 so not sure how you reckon he would be 2nd only to Doyle. No evidence, although I agree he SHOULD be 2nd only to Doyle in ability bad standard.
-
Think he needs British speedway as his career has fallen so far down to what it was.

Klindt has never been a track specialist despite spending years there. Wells ditto . Scored 6 last time with Belle Vue. Very up and down when visited since left. Not one track specialist in the Poole line up but they have all had good meetings there and bad ones.

It’s not fixed, it’s better. Bad ruts and wavey still but at least the boys can race it harder. Tons better tho. -

Terrible ruts still on bend 2 and 4 causing riders huge lifts. Track is way better but then it was dangerous before so not hard to improve on that. Ruts still an issue and still a bit wavy but loads better thankfully. An enjoyable match which is probably a Final rehearsal. Poole have all the strength in reserve, Swindon much better top 5. Intriguing final if that’s what it proves to be. Much more enjoyable meeting I’m delighted to say.
