Sounds way too progressive, informative and forward thinking for anyone involved in speedway promotion!
-
Could it just be that Tolley has asked Rogers for help as he used him so many times as a guest in the last few years, they must have a good working relationship
-
I’m just putting history and low points together. I wouldn’t go near him after last year but he would fill a gap in that 2/6 spot at a track he goes reasonably well at.
-
Riss not in with a shout to return on his low average? Had a decent year there in ‘21

Ipswich Witches 2024 serious team predictions
DJC replied to SuperStarsFan91's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Surely they can’t go with Hume again? Threw away so many vital points. if Jenkins is an option that fits, he’s a must -
I thought Boughen would have been in at Sheffield after all the guest bookings this year but seems silly not to use him in both (or all 3 leagues!). Jenkins at 6 would give more room for a power house top 5 assuming he would get the 25% reduction Brennan etc got last year for moving out of the RS position

Smolinski back to Brum? Wouldn’t be surprised to see Paco as no6 and them somehow have Pearson as RS
-
Bomber will be thrilled, he’ll make a fortune

Which one?

Unfortunately have to agree. They seem to have built up quite a strong fan base but to put premiership and championship in front of them feels very naive. Really hope I’m wrong!
-
Who knows anymore! Given he was there this year it would make sense for next year. not sure who else they’ll bring in. will be an interesting side
-
Feels mad given how new they are, or newly back should I say. guess Masters and Flint will be their first 2
-
Birmingham confirmed in the top level. Oxford confirmed all three!! https://oxfordspeedway.club/2023/11/oxford-speedway-confirm-sensational-return-to-the-premiership-as-oxford-spires-the-citys-newest-professional-sports-club/

Dan Thompson will have certainly learned more this year than he would have last year riding alongside messers Morris and Worrall!
-
The announcement states 10 rounds, probably tells you all you need to know about improvements if they can't even count what has previously been written! Probably given the Poles an extra round to appease them after the toys out of the pram when Zmarzlik was banned from Vojens. Zmarzlik 4/6 on Skybet for WC should be 1/10
-
That makes more sense to be fair! Agree that where ever he goes on his current average feels like a bargain!
-
Haven't been there since Mads K's testimonial so I'm probably way off, just based on the moaning on here that the racing isn't what it was! Scunthorpe feels a better fit for the type of rider he is, in my mind. If I was Godfrey then he'd be top of the list if I'm moving up along with Douglas.
-
Toft, Douglas and Lambert staying would be a decent start to be fair. Could that be where Harris is off if they do move up, I really don't see him at Lynn the way that the track has been so slick over the last few years. Throw in Steve Worrall would leave about 10 points for a no1?

I'd hazard a guess there are only a few ways cocaine can get into your system and very few of those are inadvertently. He isn't really a 'young man', he's in his 30's and has been a 'professional sportsman' for almost 2 decades- it isn't a silly mistake - he should know better! and you can't seriously compare standing on a stage miming to jumping on a 60mph bike with no breaks with 13 other blokes? Give your head a wobble.
-
Some horrendous injuries, scary reports of a suspected stroke, thankfully ruled out. Speedway takes a back seat on those ones, back to full health is all that matters before even thinking of throwing a leg over a bike again.
-
That year he rode the Welsh Open, never seen anyone ride Newport like that. Especially in their first lap.
-
Plenty every year unfortunately. He's just an example from today. As teams start to get released it will be interesting to see how heavy some go
-
Rowe being the prime example, with the rumoured reduction he could start as a third heat leader but he's no where near that in reality yet. Dropped by Poole and don't really see where else he will end up in the CL
-
Especially when you could get Hume back for less than 5 - providing Redcar don't keep him of course!
