Cheapest hotel for the duration I can find is £393 for two in the sports village so pretty close, cheapest tickets for two (my old man needs a seat) will be £304, £330 for a decent spot in the grandstand. £75 minimum for fuel. Best part of £800 before food and drink. No thanks, I'll watch it on TV if I can get it on the Discovery app as it probably won't all be on Eurosport again. I didn't say I had one - although for enough money there surely is someone out there for 'just 3 meetings'. But they were already 1.5 under the limit after they'd had increased averages of riders to make them get nearer to the limit. As others have pointed out, the initial poor building of the side makes it stick out more as it's essentially a no1 for a 45 year old on a 5 point average. He will start off well, if he doesn't suffer any ill effects from his recent (I think shoulder) surgery.

There's no doubt its for publicity but the majority of the up and coming Brits would struggle to score points in the field that's been assembled so far. And a good few of those are hitting above a 4 point assessed average in the Championship. Someone's got to come last, if it helps get more exposure, then great!

At this point, he's going to be the cheapest option to bring them to tapes with 7 I'd imagine, even if it's short term until they can arrange for someone better to come in.
