From watching the stream myself there seemed to be very little information from the commentators about the delays unless I'm mistaken and missed it, I only learned that Miskowiak and a member of the crowd were seen to from reading this thread after the fact as at the time I too wondered why more urgency wasn't shown to get on with rain forecast at 9pm. A pity it couldn't t have gone the distance but perfectly understandable too.

Kemp Rowe Pailin Brennan Hume Mountain Gilkes Thompson x 2 Edwards Flint Bickley Bailey Bowtell Thomas Kinsley Jenkins Off the top of my head. Debatable how many of those would be up to the job, might have to draft in some slightly older ones like Shanes or Clegg initially but that might defeat the object a bit. To be honest I'd like to see all British reserves for both leagues but not to the detriment of team strengths.

Glasgow /Edinburgh Play Off SF 21 & 22 October

Assuming nothing untoward occurs I think Poole will comfortably do the double. -
Yes mate think our team that year was Puk, Berry, Schlein, Lambert, Porsing, Kerr & Rose. Yet another season we topped the league but lost the Play Offs due to injuries. EDIT apologies that team was 2014, I think it was the same in 2015 apart from Ash Morris for Rose and we nowhere near topped the league

The gap between the two promotions in terms of professionalism is a chasm. -

Absolutely but if its an official press release for a professional sports team/club it shouldn't contain opinions unless it's quotes from a club official, just doesn't come across well. -

The whole situation is a result of weak governance, nothing will change until that is sorted. -

The ever professional Mr Hunter in full flow. -
Not sure it was worth fifteen quid but it was reasonably enjoyable without being edge-of-the-seat stuff. The Poles looked ill at ease for the first few heats but improved as the night went on and probably would have won if the meeting had gone the distance. That said it was encouraging from GB who I thought would struggle but could have been further ahead but for various first bend misfortune. Best wishes to the injured riders particularly Adam Ellis.

We don't all feel like that.

To be honest some of the stuff being written on here about Dale Allitt is pretty unpleasant and uncomfortable to read, of course the frustration is understandable after a dreadful season but do people really need to slag him off day after day?

I can't believe for a moment that Ty would be given a third opportunity, in fact I'd be surprised if he rides competitively again although I could be wrong. I think the message will have got through loud and clear this year that the side needs some careful planning and fresh faces for 2022, whatever the league or format is.

Not sure he did enough meetings but I expect its moot anyway.

Exactly, Bellego in particular is a super rider on decent size tracks and would be a good signing.

The racing was very good, I can understand people's frustration as it was very, very slick and the track being like Monday night would have meant even better racing but it was still a greats nights action. Unfortunately it went a bit awry after the first grade and water, that block of races wasn't great at all with one line but the fence and a slippery mid track but it improved thereafter. Best wishes to the riders who fell.

Can honestly say it didn't bother me in the slightest, I know and accept that Buster and Dale are involved with both clubs. Our team didn't work out this year, theirs did. Hopefully ours will be better next season.
