Was made an asset back in July but has signed for Coventry for 2017.
-
So presumably KK Hans Kurtz Holder Starke Newman Whoever else fits
-
Good solid start for Coventry. A fit and focussed Kenneth could score bucketfuls of points in a weakened league next year.
-
King could well be an option in the future and until then could be seen as an investment with loan fees being paid by Coventry and probably Ipswich, presumably he was purchased at an attractive price. Would have liked to see King involved as it could potentially have meant strong reserves but a big number one and one decent reserve has its merits too. How about Holder Lambert Batch Porsing Rose or Kerr Huckenbeck A N Other
-
I think getting on with things would be better than an earlier start. Makes you wonder if King and Bjerre not being part of the plans means Holder may be....
-
It's a habit I'd say. I think not taking it too seriously is the secret to longevity
-
Holder / Kurtz Zagar / S Worrall Ellis / Newman AJ / Nilsson Doyle / Tungate

12,000 over thirteen years but as far as I can remember never one wishing that my club or any other would hurry up and announce signings days after the AGM! I'm all for new or old members discussing who might be in any particular team. But those clubs will announce signings when they are ready, there is no rush. And the longer it takes, the more fun people can have guessing
-
I think as a club dipping their toe into the top league Rye need to win at home more often than not and their signings so far reflect that. A bit like Lynn did in 2011 in signing Allen & Topinka who perhaps weren't the best signings on paper but were strong at Lynn and contributed to only losing at home a couple of times that year.
-
If we go solid then Kerr & Huckenbeck corks end up at reserve, which would have some of the reserves mentioned on other threads for breakfast.
-
Exactly. Have never understood the clamour for news of signings pre Xmas for a season which doesn't begin until mid March. People must be very very bored and have dull lives!
-
Do you really think that a statto like Mr Peasley would be involved in an incorrect team announcement
-
Wasn't it Perks who struggled to score a point for Plymouth last season?
-
Why do people keep responding?
-
If you add Kennett, Schlein and Branford I don't think it would matter who the number seven was.
-
Which would make us even more top heavy, and there world always be the suspicion of average lowering. So a big no for me personally.
-
Watt could be a bit of a masterstroke if he can get his head right.
-
No surprise if Puk opts out of the UK as we had to twist his arm last season. Would take up too big a chunk of the points limit anyway IMO.
-
Dale Allitt and Rob Lyon are sorting out the team apparently and somebody tweeted the update about the fans forum. As you say he's got his hands full with BSPA matters so it would seem and one would hope that he has the bases all covered.
-
This. There is a difference between craic and complete drivel.
-
I agree that PR at the club last season was dreadful but in this instance I think it's just a case of some people being impatient, no doubt they are seeing other clubs announce signings and feel Lynn should be doing the same. However it's only mid November, I'd rather they tell us when they have something to say rather than reporting when Matt Ford breaks wind like Poole seem to. They have told us they are having a fans forum and until they have a date which, as somebody has said probably depends on signings, there really isn't anything to add.
-
Rye House I reckon. Always likely that he was going to move on this year for various reasons.
-
Haha brilliant
-
It would be really nice if you stopped strutting around the forum telling people what will and won't happen.

Riding regularly on big Polish circuits will do him far more good longer term than some of the smaller tracks in our Championship, even if the standard is lower. And as others have said it puts him in the shop window. Hopefully he still get regular rides in Sweden too.
