  1. I'd be shocked if Batchelor isn't already signed up at Lynn.
  2. I think Glasgow will be up there if they sign Bewley, plenty of improvement in their bottom four to go with the three heatleaders. Ipswich certainly will be too.
  3. Haha, paranoid much? The speedway world doesn't revolve sround Poole you know, there are plenty of us who dont give a monkeys about your club. To answer the initial question, there have to be safeguards against this kind of thing happening, whichever club it is.
  4. Excellent signing on his average, very pleased.
  5. Used to have them at Peterborough too. Not really my cup of tea but may well appeal to kids etc. Seems to work quite well with darts so perhaps would in the SGP in future?
  6. Without doubling up between leagues though there would be a massive rider shortage. For that reason I can't see one big league happening.
  7. Cook and TJ decent but the rest look quite ordinary, not a patch on the other sides which have been named/mooted.
  8. If they get the last two signings right and can put a bit more dirt down this team could well start as favourites.
  9. Rory will do very well if he has an injury free year. But that is an enormous 'if'.
  10. Even if there was we should be going down a different road with team building, both were poor last year.
  11. Tell us all about yourself my friend. How long have you been going to King's Lynn?
  12. Looking around at some of the other reserves I'd say that Huckenbeck is a must.
  13. I expect Poole will still manage some.
  14. I don't suppose they had a choice, he is self employed and as such will go where the money is.
  15. He's been inconsistent but could turn out to be a very good signing on that average. Very fast and stylish at his best. Will be interesting to see if he is fourth our third on the averages of the declared team.
  16. Pretty sure you stood next to me! 2011, was arguably Bjerre's best season in the UK and he beat Emil, Holder, Ward, Freddie Tec in last heat deciders at Lynn. Passed people for fun too. I know that was several bad injuries ago but in the right environment and in an injury free run he will do well and pass his fair share of opponents.
  17. A confident Kenneth is perfectly capable of overtaking.
  18. Don't think it's as bad as people are making out. They should get plenty of heat two 5-1's and there are riders there who can and probably will increase their averages.
  19. Holder Lambert Batch Porsing Rose Huckenbeck Bailey Does that fit?
