I'll be there on May 2nd. Won't be cutting my nose off to spite my face, and I suspect if the track is good for Belle Vue meetings between now and then that the place will be packed out for the SWC.
One or two people seem to be using tonight as an 'I told you so' after thinking that the place wouldn't be built under the stewardship of Morton & Gordon. The reality is that once the track is ironed out we have a stunning stadium and circuit in the UK, people really should go and see it for themselves once the dust of this evening has settled. That said tonight was an awful embarrassment for British Speedway.
