Touche Being there that night in 2017 is something I'll never forget, while part of me agrees that bygones should let be bygones I'm not sure I'd pay to watch a meeting with Holder or Batchelor in it ever again let alone employ them as riders if I owned a club.
-
I don't disagree, but at the same time would you trust a rider who threw the towel in when the going got tough rather than roll his sleeves up?
-
No doubt the new P'boro signings are being funded by Tomalin. Now the Kasprzak gamble has failed you'd imagine the Lynn coffers can't stretch to anything other than a domestic signing as a replacement.
-
Not if he seamlessly slots into Lynn's team instead. I suspect the Tungate u-turn is a symptom of the power struggle between Chapman & Tomalin.
-
With all due respect if we get comfortably beaten at home by Wolves then we are in for some real wallopings by all the other teams.

Wolves v Aces Cup 2nd leg 10/4

Potential you'd think. They obviously believe Mulford will end up better by the end of the season than Rowe would. -

Unfortunately we only have three decent shaped tracks in the Premiership and two of those have been spoiled by Buster's clay. -
Maybe. Its a puzzler though as on paper Wolves look bang average. Perhaps their home advantage is that strong.

Everyone needs to start somewhere, perhaps best to give Aex Brady a bit longer than a season and a half.

Lindgren and Thorsell.

Both at Boro or one at Lynn?

Glasgow v Edinburgh , Easter Sunday

But all the more reason for Cook to keep his thoughts to himself when he has a dust up I'd have thought. -
It would be with the way this team has been designed though. He's not being asked to hit double figures every week. Indeed, as did his stint at Sheffield last season.

Panthers v Leicester - Bank Holiday Monday

This would have been off anyway, whatever their motives good to sort it early so folk can make other plans. -

No 8's should be mandatory with R/R anyway IMO. So yeah number 8's and reserves to cover if a team is that unfortunate. Guests have become farcical. -

What a plank. Makes a change for him not to be doing the hitting I guess. -

I used to love booing Ryan Fisher at Lynn -
Absolutely, if he's still in the team then it needs to start on Thursday. No excuses.
-
6+2 for KK in Poland today, that's all Lynn need him to do.

You get a facility for a withhold of services do you not? Anyway as a wider point it should be R/R, we really need to stamp out guests as much as possible. -
Not sure why he has been put at 5 really. Our top five should be solid enough to put anyone anywhere and I've have thought 2,3 or 4 would have been better to ease him back in. Absolutely, and he's not being asked to do what he used to do when he was at his best. We just need him to score a solid 6 or 7 every week with the odd better score and he should be well capable of that.
-
I agree that Doyle is a one off but I think Pedersen would have been a top rider here and finished in the top three or four of the averages. Very disappointing that he jacked it in so soon (without knowing all the facts).
-
Assuming they sat him down, gave him a rollicking and got some contrition I'd prefer it if the club worked with KK and got him going personally.
-
I think those people lack knowledge. Referring to his age and saying 'he was rubbish for us twelve years ago' is silly when he continually bangs in big scores in the best league in the world.
