totally agree if a rider is instructed to ride by his relivant authoroty then a facilaty should be allowed if the rider chooses rather than being told hes riding in that meeting thats another thing

kus just not interested at all should be replaced phillips had a poor night but your own team manager had his part to play palavaro dropped in heat 8 and replaced by lewis rose to partner the poor phillips then in palavaros next race came out and rode a superb race to win once again i failed to see why so many class robert lambart so highly yes hes a good young talant but hes not as good as all the hype plenty of rolling/jump starts tonight that were let go ken hansan disqualified during the race for crossing the inside line and matt williamsan slowed when the red exclussion light came on dropping him out of contention hansan wasnt the only rider to cross the inside line tonight but only 1 pulled up for it some good racing tonight in not the best of conditions credit to both teams for RACING all the way to heat 15 with on off rain

1 thing is for sure the new belle vue track can when prepaired right be a good track not something we heard said about the old track there was some hard ridding last night but regardless if its hard fast or slow when you have somany changes in positions during 4 laps its entertainment and thats what gets people to pay there money and go watch live speedway maybe more british clubs should look to build bigger tracks

i thought this was a meeting at workington and im guessing your a peterborough fans cookie and osterguard can go very well round derwent park so might be closer than some think if the panthers can have a good day at the moment weather looking good a 10 miles from track

but thats the thing if both teams worked together the semi could be held sooner if both sides wanted it and worked with each other berwick ran a monday to get on sky glasgow ran a wednesday to get on sky berwick always claimed they could only run saturdays with very few off nights being on a wednesday but when sky are in town they can run mondays ????? just shows if they want it clubs can run other nights obviously glasgow running scared of derwent park ive a lot of time for the glasgow fans but the new era promotion look to be not as friendly

but its not just the weather dan other teams not helping to arange rain off reruns british gp pl 4,s and world cup blank dates its all playing its part i enjoy speedway but im afraid the writtings on the wall for workington comets poor crowds and too many weeks without a home meeting driving others away lack of help from media its all adding up derwent park is a good venue for speedway but its dying and looks like its dying quick

think id put steve worral in before lambert and use lambert at reserve

and also add in clubs trying to rearrange called off meetings and other clubs not helping out as rider no4 is washing there hair that night

both teams played therte part as tv speedway goes it wasnt bad meeting much better than monday and some of the elitte league stuff ive seen in the past pleased it was close meeting made it more interesting

dont ask there was 1 who must have been local got a bit funny all of us not in the area wanting to know if its on will only find out when we go to where ever we intend to watch it at

really hope its a good meeting after the embarasment on monday hope the ref is a decent 1 too suerly there not going to let edinbrugh's no8 jim mcgregor ref this 1 live on sky sre they dont think the ref helpped giving out public warnings after first attempted start was it 3 or 4 warnings in first few heats but 1 obvious jump wasnt even brought back to tapes but i fully agree that was not a meeting to show the quality of prem league meetings
