They haven't managed to attract Coventry and Cradley fans in any significant numbers over an extended period I don't see why this season will be any different
They might get some Wolves fans but if the team is losing every/most weeks that won't last long
It's the rights to promote speedway in the Peterborough area presumably in essence the licence.
It used to be the case AFAIK that they were protected for 3 years after closure, not sure what the current "rule" is
You've got 4 of the top 5 in the GP in that list, the chances of them wanting to ride here/fancying Birmingham and Brum being able to afford them if they did must be virtually nil. Definitely worth asking though
That leaves Laguta Dudek Michelsen or Thomson and Pawlicki
I was impressed with him last season and has bags of potential to improve further.
Decent signing for me as are Brennan and Flint while Worrall will do OK.
The problems are above them hence why Brum have announced the bottom end of the team first
As a Wolves fan I've never thought of Ermo as team manager material, wish him well though
I'd have tried to get Rosco personally but he'd have certainly needed to be involved in selecting the team
Good side for me, if Wolves can get to the play offs which they did easily then Leicester with Fricke should certainly do that and potentially compete for the final
The same reason that Woffinden has possibly, Lindgren not riding in Sweden seems to have led to suggestions he might be back here but I've seen nothing to suggest it
I don't believe that the BSPL would permit registration of a new Peterborough speedway without the consent of the existing owners
It used to be for a number of years I think but not sure on the current rule
That idea is exactly what should happen albeit there would possibly need to be additional clauses inserted dealing with the possibility of the consortium starting at a new site within an agreed time frame
In terms of your first point it's entirely plausible that he's given the consortium his price and they aren't prepared to pay it hence the impasse
