Mind you looking on the bright side heat 15 was a cracker and the meeting was actually on after a dodgy looking weather forecast so I'm happy tucked up in bed in my Travel Lodge room.

Well, I'm on my own and I still enjoy it. (Can't count my companion as she goes to sleep.) It's easy to make friends at Speedway and I've made some already at Peterborough who sit in the row in front of me. We've even become friends on Facebook now.

No start line girls? I hadn't actually noticed they weren't there. Agree with everything you've said though and well done to the referee for keeping the meeting running smoothly. The only downside was the tannoy playing up again and wasn't working for half of the match on the 3rd/4th bend. Enjoyable match with some good racing so well done to both teams.
