  1. Peterborough 2022? Kenneth Bjerre 7.75 Niels K Iversen 7.54 Chris Harris 6.84 Krzys Buczkowski 6.02 Bradley W-Dean 5.47 Jason Crump 5.36 Jordan Palin RS Total 38.98
  2. Not exactly "finished" as a rider. If he had a 3.00 ave I'd agree with you.
  3. Bit of a weak tail? But certainly a strong number one & 4 other potential heat leaders!
  4. How about just bringing in one new rider? Glasgow 2022? Craig Cook 8.69 Ulrich Ostergaard 7.96 Tom Brennan 6.32 Sam Jensen 5.80 Broc Nicol 5.50 Connor Bailey 4.04 Ben Morley 3.67 Total 41.98
  5. Scunthorpe 2022? Ryan Douglas (7.74) Jake Allen (7.72) Nikolaj B Jakobsen (6.34) Simon Lambert (5.83) Jordan Palin (5.69) Zane Kennedy (5.00) Ryan Kinsley (3.00) Total (41.32)
  6. Plus Marcin Nowak has a 6.35 CMA, but didn't do enough meetings to get an ave!
  7. I was confused by that, Hume must have a higher ave than Basso, if he doesn't 2.5% reduction must've been used - but not for any other Brits on this list! What's going on?
  8. Gotta disagree, I rate Allen more than Heeps (now & in the future)
  9. How can the club not know his correct average? Averages should he simple to follow in Speedway!
  10. I get Dickson's point, but some of his riders who rode against Eastbourne have joined other teams - some averages would've gone up / some down - for all teams, doesn't just affect Leicester.
  11. Once you add his last match of 2018 on, his average is 5.51 again
  12. Pleased with the signing of Pijper. Keeps Etheridge at reserve to start with, so they'll always have a strong reserve - even if Theo drops down. Just need to find a 3rd heat leader now, Josh Auty?
  13. Of course it's possible to do this, wouldn't call it simple though. But if fans can work out the averages, what's the benefit of not publishing them? I've also not read anything official that states if the Eastbourne matches are removed for final averages.
  14. Knowing the averages allows fans to make educated guesses on who will be in teams, not knowing the averages makes it less fun as you don't know if your "dream team" is legal!
  15. Bacon had ridden 3 seasons so shouldn't have qualified as a RS. I believe he was allowed in as they weren't full seasons due to injury! I personally feel he should've been a RS as before he retired I'd say he had more potential than say (no offence lads) Danny Phillips, Tom Woolley, Ryan T Daley etc.
  16. I don't see how they can wait till 7th Dec to agree on averages & some teams will be complete by then
  17. The RS could only have remained in the Champ if the gradings were changed, as most of last year's 1/2/3* riders are now 4* riders!
  18. Ranking who I think are the top "rising stars" 1-6: Tom Brennan, Connor Mountain, Leon Flint, James Shanes, Jordan Palin, Alfie Bowtell 7-12: Dan Thompson, Drew Kemp, Anders Rowe, Jack Thomas, Connor Bailey, Dan Gilkes. Enough talent for 2 x "rising stars" in Prem teams?
  19. They needed to do it at least a week ago tbh!
  20. 1) is there a shortage of reserve riders currently, I wasn't aware of this? 2) regardless no rider would choose to share a spot with one team if another offered them a full time berth!
  21. If it's based on the 1st Jan, Alfie Bowtell is still a rising star!
  22. I believe Plymouth now have 8.58 or 7.81 remaining for the final rider (depending if Eastbourne's matches are removed from rolling aves) Ryan Douglas would be my choice!
  23. Years ago riders could share a team berth, rule may have been dropped - but hasn't been announced! It's the same with doubling up, used to be 2 riders sharing a spot, then one rider only needed, but never announced 2 riders COULDN'T still share the team spot. I'm sure both Mulford & Ablitt would prefer a full season of Champ racing, but if no one else came in for them, may settle for half the matches?
