What’s the rationale for using 20 meetings? Seems an arbitrary figure and doesn’t even reflect a season.

I’m not going to claim that there’s a ‘big pool of riders’ but Halsey & Dan Greenwood are 2 that want team places but can’t get one. Knight is another that hasn’t ruled out racing completely.

The aim is to pick a side who'll end with the highest collective team average. Simply pick 7 riders upto a 39 point limit and a maximum of 2 riders from each team. No transfers, it's just a start of the season competition. Last year's winner was Eagles69, ahead of Islander15 and SKJ. In 2016 Halifax Tiger won, ahead of John Leslie and Turn Two.

You just know he will on Sunday. He’s much improved since his time with the Scorpions and no end of times a riders returns and puts in a blinding performance!
