  1. I can see RTD dropping down first tbh, either him or Bradley. It’s relying on Atkins improving as much as he did this year and stepping up to be a 3rd heat leader imo (especially at home).
  2. Spot on iand! Whoever is the number 7 each month will end up having to take a lot of rides!
  3. This is what I thought but got shot down as Plymouth fans are happy with it. Btw Wilson & Walker fits.
  4. It’s the same ruling as last season.
  5. Chessell’s back! Will he end up being the number 1 on that average?
  6. Bailey vs Baseby: Bailey. Baseby is unproven at number 1 Ayres vs Wood: Wood. He has more potential to consistently hit big scores as Ayers is sometimes erratic. Jenkins vs Brennan: touch and go between the 2 but both will finish 8+. Kinsley vs Powell: Powell just. Both will be strong at home but weak away. Bebee vs Dugard: Touch and go and realistically the smallest improvers for both teams who will both rely on home points. Kemp vs Edwards: Kemp all day long but Edwards is the 2nd best 3.00 man in the league anyway. Marson vs Brooks: Marson slightly. Both are unknown entities over here but Marson’s 500 experience gives him the edge. For what it’s worth haha.
  7. As It’s a new promotion now, who’s to say Davey is as popular with them as he was with Drury etc?
  8. Yeah they did well in the NT final against Mildenhall but didn’t have a strong group to get out of. But tbh your team did alright because Atkins was brilliant and Roynon had the wrong average. I’m all for continuity, I just saw Plymouth struggle in the middle order last season as Atkins/Walker & Andrews were all great at number 7 but only Atkins really scored in the main body which is where he’ll be all year now. Now it looks like the team building is taking the same direction. If Boxall comes back it looks a weak pair of reserves if Bulley/Anderson etc feature again but probably the best 1 & 5 in the league.
  9. I know he's struggled on big tracks in the past, but as long as he can master Smallbrook it's fine and he should help us out away!
  10. It's the same team as last year and it wasn't that successful in the league.
  11. If it was Knight, he wouldn’t even be missing with Championship clashes though.
  12. Is Mountain actually better than Knight?
  13. A very strong 1 & 5 and Stoneman will be one of the better 3rd heat leaders so there’s plenty of points from that trio. Rowe will be strong at home and that’s a top 4 to win most home meetings imo. It’s at reserve where they’re lacking but then multiple other teams might be in the same position with the continued low points limit.
  14. Not a lot of scope for improvement but he’ll help with the big home wins for the aggregate meetings!
  15. I’ll be surprised if Halder isn’t at a ‘better’ team.
  16. A bit much asking Hampshire to be at number 2 all year isn’t it?
  17. Cos there’s only 9.44 for 2 riders left.
  18. It hasn’t before though. You sign a guaranteed improver (Edwards this year, Brennan last year & BWD before) then make astute changes when necessary and always find a strong reserve at the end of the season.
  19. As I think we all expected, Jamie Sealey is back.
