Bewley has never looked comfortable at Foxhall but last night was a shock even given that It was a great shame to see him struggle so poorly even though it benefitted the Witches I genuinely hope he can get back to full fitness and start showing the rapid improvement he was making before his crash and soon Whilst Lidsey didnt look like troubling the scorers last night it was still apparent that there is talent there from his general style and in the way he learned from each ride Belle Vue will be in the mix no doubt about it

Solid and impressive performance Stand outs were Dickie and Cam Danny, Nuts, Jake and Rory all did there job and Barry was unlucky to be pulled out of a ride as he did nothing wrong (good to see Ritchie make the tough but correct call to switch) The Witches garden is looking quite rosy at the moment - long may it continue

Well done to the Stars - particularly impressive from Jorgensen. Replace Andersen and that team could be in the mix for fourth place. The mid meeting Witches collapse was disappointing but will happen away from home. Never looked like providing the winner of enough heats to challenge for a win. Cam and Jake were brilliant. Danny did OK but just didnt look quite quick enough. Everyone else just wasnt on the pace. Some hard fought decent races. Probably more entertaining than most meetings but not a classic. Good atmosphere - it was good to be back at compost corner
