The standard reduction is £1 for each heat not completed upto heat 10 (when a result would be called and no refund offered) That should mean an £8 reduction for the rearranged fixture or any of the next 3 meetings (but clubs may have their own criteria)

Back in the day I believe that it was the case that no replacement would be allowed prior to riding but in more recent times there has been a number of examples where a it has happened at the start of the season It is still upheld for mid season changes mind
