  1. when speaking to Chris Louis last night at the Ipswich end of year do he gave the impression any newcomer would be on a 2.
  2. Chris outlined the plan to extend the banking entering the turns so it didnt fall away.He specifically identified the impact it has on Nico as he tends to enter the bends wider than others - perhaps a big hint he will be back.....
  3. Chris Louis at the Ipswich 'do' seemed quite clear newcomers in on a 2 (certainly for 2nd tier) and given all riders are using 2nd tier ave or converted equivalent then surely that same rider would be a 2 in premiership also.
  4. Quality control in glass making isnt what it used to be.... Who'd have thought a glacier mint would be so hardy!
  5. Kevin made a number of mentions of the massif during the presentations which were acknowledged positively by all the riders and Chris. Top job from Kevin (as ever) tonight underlining his worth to the club.
  6. Should we read anything into Cam being at the do tonight as Ritchies 'plus 1' ?
  7. may have been a little bit of that stuff but not enough!! 💏👫💑
  8. not confirmed but I will find out tonight. There are certainly a good number posting on the Kings Lynn thread with great confidence that it is the case.
  9. Of course if Danny has been bought by Kings Lynn and they ride on a Thursday then he wont be back with us.....
  10. which perhaps shows the adopted calculations are about right - they should be the same!
  11. i hope you are - i have posted on other threads that it would be a glaring error if you are not.
  12. There is an official sgb tweet stating newcomers will still be a 3 and only those who have ridden in the 2nd tier previously and not achieved a 3 can come in on less (min 2)
  13. he may have only averaged 7.65 from his handful of Plymouth matches in 2016 but his final 2016 9.22 would be his revised rolling average from last 20 matches including 2015.
  14. effectively the difference between the 2 leagues is now just 1 rider. Replace the Championship no7 3 pointer with a Premiership no1 13 pointer. The other 6 could be the same.
  15. must be the converted one - he does not have a current PL average. Of course if its Poole that want to use him that may not matter! 😲😲😉
  16. there are posts on other threads with tweets from sgb stating newcomers will be on a 3 - only those who have already ridden but not achieved a 3 can come in on less with min 2 eg Bailey Greaves Zach W
  17. doesnt seem that way.No average so a 3. Although it could be argued he was in PL 1-7 and didnt achieve a 3 (not enough meetings but not achieved) so should be a 2. Mountain, Coles and the like a 3 though.
  18. that is a glaring error if it is actually the case.Any rider that hasnt achieved a 3 should now be a 2 regardless of whether they have had a go or not. It cant be right for a brand new rider to be a 3 and the likes of Zach W and Ellis Perks to be 2.
  19. which just shows that size doesnt matter but the way you use it does....
  20. until anything official to the contrary yes.....
  21. They are certainly both the type of rider the PL reserve positions HAVE to set up for to encourage and give an opportunity to.
  22. I can certainly see the sense in that particularly if you are confident at least 1 will kick on. Leaves you very vunerable if you have to run with r/r though. Will Connor be fit anyway?
  23. perhaps that starting average in a lower limit league should be back to 7....
  24. yeah agree with that. Not sure what that 7 actually add up to - could be under even a reduced limit. Perhaps though thats whats needed to make a distinction between the PL and EL again and set up a proper structure of progression from the bottom up.
