Someone on a current 9 fro HL would go to 11.8. If you wanted to alleviate this you could use a gap closure calculation. So the closer a rider is to 12 the smaller their increase would be.

I also like the idea of some continuity. Win or lose at least it was 'our team' as such.

The stadium is now effectively owned under long term lease by Spedeworth. They have control and receive all revenues as a result. The fact the land freeholder may still remain as the original Ipswich Speedway Ltd is rather irrelevant to the club now.
