  1. The limelight was wide enough to encompass Speedway as an Elite professional sport last year so that it was prevented from happening.... I understand you scepticism though
  2. No the rising star just has to be on that list - the rest are built to averages It is very bizarre though that a rising star can have an average over 2 points higher than any other The list is wrong - the averages are not
  3. Where as if Shanes was rising star as he should be would mean Kennedy and Bates = 9+ Just saying........
  4. The impression so far is grants but the proof is in the pudding as they say
  5. If it goes to the SCB then the difference is barely distinguishable - if it goes to the ACU then Speedway wont see a penny of it .....
  6. I'm sorry but...... "I cannot understand your negativity" "Fans buying tickets for matches that dont exist could become a real trump card for this years bottom line" Wow - this talking bullsh!t lark is easier than I thought
  7. http://sheffield-speedway.com/news.php?extend.2945 The fact Mr Mole 'cannot understand some of the negativity' sums up why speedway finds itself in the position it is.... Head in the sand syndrome brought on by self interest abounds through the whole piece Love the 'Josh could be a trump card' line - no sh!t Sherlock
  8. Should be as it was classed as an Elite summer sport last year Double standards if not....
  9. With Drew drawn to take part in a qualifier in Hungary on the 22nd I'm presuming we may be looking at a guest for our first home meeting due on the 20th.......
  10. Nothing worse than someone that doesnt follow their own advice....... It's such a shame when a prize bell end manages to derail threads. Yes we are all to blame for even acknowledging the said bell end and of course it's exactly what the bell end wants # note to self - leave the bell end to it in future
  11. GAH - Gobbledygook And Horserubbish A better description than 58
  12. Foxhall was and is ready. It held a number of stock car meetings attracting 2000+ comfortably and compliantly and could have done so for the British Final had the government not changed the rules Additional turnstiles are available to separate the queues and the terracing is marked for distancing etc
  13. Seen a bit from Kurtz that he leaves for Poland soon and HOPES to be able to travel between countries to compete in Britain He is not the only one in this position and I cant see it being the UK coming off best I can see a shambles approaching.......
  14. I thought the official line was the timescale could extend but in no circumstances would they shorten (unfortunately)
  15. Ipswich pushed at that or just above for recent play off meetings but standard league fixtures no more than 2000 with a hardcore 1500
  16. I believe it was assessed at around 10,000 last year ahead of stock cars being held with 25% limit - 2500
  17. Scaling that up makes Foxhall about 50k !!
  18. The only thing that could allow an earlier start is for Speedway to be included in some test event capacity.......
