  1. So who was to blame Lindgren or Kurtz? I’ve seen Doyle pull some shocking moves and I doubt one Ipswich fan would disagree… if you can’t accept when your own rider causes a crash you aren’t much of a speedway fan
  2. What move? Lindgren did nothing wrong If Doyle dropped it on someone and caused a crash like Kurtz did then as an Ipswich fan I’d still blame Doyle you can’t be blinkered
  3. Some of the Belle Vue fans booing Lindgren … what a bunch of planks
  4. Stupid comment … nothing Lindgren could do there … hard rider yes but that was down to Kurtz
  5. Has to be Kurtz out… rode across the front of Lindgren … unfortunate that the footrest tangled but Kurtz has to go surely
  6. The drone is awful This is just all about Kurtz and Zmarzlik and how long it takes for the track to come for Bewley It’s all a bit gate and go so far
  7. Nothing better then seeing Holder and Lambert missing out Backed Bewley and Kurtz always thought on home track they doesn’t suit everyone that one of them would win … same bet again tomorrow ….. got to expect the top 3 tonight in the final again
  8. Will take that result Masters 8 from 4 and Mountain only 1 point ….. we know Doyle and Dan would have got much more I love seeing Pickering ride but I think he was the wrong choice for 15 and the superheat Great meeting
  9. Following on from that I started going speedway in 1981 to rye house and loved it … we started going Hackney in 1988 and then followed Mark Loram and went Ipswich in 1989 … all lower league speedway In 1990 Mark moved to Kings Lynn and we went to his first home meeting v Reading and seeing superstars to me like Knight Jonsson Doncaster was so good … I was 14 at the time … by the way Mark got 20 from 7 rides I believe beaten only by readings young reserve Todd Wiltshire lol …. In May that year I went to my first British final …. Wigg Tatum Cross Doncaster Havelock… seeing these top riders was awesome at that age ….and as much as I liked lower league speedway you will never beat seeing the top boys at your track or elsewhere
  10. When my team Ipswich dropped down nobody really enjoyed it … from seeing the top stars we then had Lasse Bjerre , Taylor Poole and Kevin Doolan… all good riders but it wasn’t the same Funnily enough when we did drop down I used to get abuse and mocked by certain Poole fans about watching second tier speedway but now the boot is on the other foot it seems the second division is the place to be Poole always build good sides but if they were struggling then it might be a different story Nobody will convince me that it wasn’t better when Poole had Holder and Ward and Pedersen and such like I’d love Ipswich to win the league but if we don’t then I will still prefer a heat 13 with Emil and Doyle against Holder Bewley or Kurtz rather than Lawson and Rowe as good as those 2 riders are it’s a different level And both leagues are uncompetitive… Ipswich Sheffield and Belle Vue nailed on before a wheel was turned … same with Poole Glasgow and Redcar My point is that you can have good racing in both leagues … but if you have been brought up on top level racing like Poole have then you must miss that level of rider …. Glasgow and Redcar fans only know the lower league
  11. Thompson nowhere near capable of what Edwards can do at Poole … weak reserves for Redcar means Poole by 10-15 here
  12. Fans are too fickle these days I saw Danny king get abuse last season riding injured trying to carry the team This season he has been the most consistent rider we have
  13. The argument about Starke or Ritchings is put to bed once and for all …. Still find it weird Poole fans thought Starke should go lol Poole do shout from the rooftops when they win and then have to blame a rider or two every time they lose …. Kerr Starke and Thomsen the match winners tonight ….
  14. Wasn’t an even meeting really Starke clear favourite and won easily The next batch of riders Foord Ritchings Rushen and Morley miles better then the others ….
  15. Feel sorry for any Poole fans that went tonight …. As soon as Cairns pulled out and was replaced by Starke it was obvious Starke would win this with ease best rider in the field on his home track …. I fully expect Rushen to go on to have a better career than Starke though If Cairns had have rode then the winner could not have been predicted
  16. I support neither side but a bit strange to put your number 7 in heat 15 surely
  17. No I haven’t All I can go on is points scored If one of my reserves was scoring 4 or 5 most meetings and the other was getting mainly 1 or 2 then I would keep the one who was scoring most If in the next few weeks Ritchings scores better than Starke then that’s a different argument If one had to go today for Cairns then that has to be Ritchings As of yet I’ve not read one Poole fan tell me why I’m wrong but as usual just get the usual responses
  18. So why would you keep Ritchings? Based on one meeting?
  19. I just don’t understand why Poole would prefer Ritchings to him that’s all
