Pillock Yes we all knew it was the 4 top scorers from each side King Ellis and Brennan all qualified 3 other riders all scored a total of 9…. How these were scored was irrelevant it didn’t go on bonus points or heat wins just the total of the 4 programmed rides If Doyle and Emil had scored 11 each you may have had a more valid argument ….. Any issue with all 3 of Birmingham’s riders not doing it? No didn’t think so Dan Bewley pulled out after 1 ride the other week his back hurt …. Just for the record Doyle and Emil were going to do heat 15….. the plan was that the 5th and 6th placed scorers were to do heat 15 if the meeting and bonus points were secured and that was Doyle and Emil …. Emil declined as he was having bike issues hence Tom did heat 15 and the match races It’s not hard to work out unless you are from Manchester
