  1. The fact that Klindt and Shanes can take Kerrs rides swings this in Pooles favour in my opinion, depends if KK can be bothered to turn up and if Holder comes good. A 5-1 in heat 1 to Belle Vue is a possibility but then so is a 5-1 to Poole in heat 2. Lets just hope the racing is good
  2. Kerr is riding so it evens it up a bit. But Leicester without Bates and Riss is like Poole without Holder and Klindt. If that was the case im sure we would hear how much under strength Poole are. Poole are favourites for this as Leicester severeley weakened
  3. Another good result for Belle Vue and as mentioned Fricke isn't firing yet. Smith gets his first win so his confidence will be sky high. The team to beat along with Kings Lynn in my opinion
  4. wow very strange thoughts as always! So Leicester are missing a rider who scored 14 in his last home match and is British under 21 champion plus a second string who in the 5 races he has finished is unbeaten by an opponent and you think they are STRONGER without them!!!! And Poole are without a weak second string who can be replaced by a reserve who was a heat leader on the same track last season!!!! Even for you to say that Leicester are stronger is just daft!! Poole by 8 or otherwise could be a season fighting relegation unless changes are made
  5. my kids are off this week and go back the Wednesday after Easter hours lol seriously??? Do the maths. Takes about 30 seconds to post
  6. no we have had meetings and I've commented on those. As I've said thanks for your concern. Now run along as the adults are still chatting. Unless of course you have anything to say about last nights meeting? Seems strange your more worried about me then last night particularly as you were so vocal when you beat Wolves. What was it you were saying 'keep the premiership trophy clean'. Bit premature I think based on last night but then again you haven't made a comment worthy of discussion about last night yet. Not worried about your number one for example?
  7. i would be on the Ipswich thread but we don't have a meeting thanks. Oh and I live an hour from Ipswich so as you know it's not my home town. Do us a favour and either talk about the meeting or simply shut up
  8. ahead yes but not way ahead. It is time now for Kurtz to step up to the next level though
  9. early to say about Holder but I think he should be doing better at the moment. I personally dont ever see him being as good as Chris. Needs to up his game as the current 1-2 partnership of KK and Holder are the issue at the moment
  10. nope just having a discussion with adults about the meeting. Nice to know your so concerned about me though
  11. your fully entitled to that opinion. I thinkFricke is better than Kurtz right now but maybe Kurtz will improve past him. Can't have Ellis being better than Lambert though. Shame Poole moved Adam on after his improvement last season
  12. Broken thumb due to hitting his own team mate in the pits last night at Lynn!
  13. you think Kurtz is a better rider than Fricke??? Not yet in my opinion. Well known Fricke never goes well at Poole. Love the comment that nobody cares about the cup yet so many Poole fans were going crazy after winning the shield against Wolves!! Now because you may go out the cup you say Poole aren't bothered!! It's like a football team not worried about losing in the F.A Cup and celebrating like mad after winning the community shield! my kids are off this week and so are my friends in Birmingham
  14. one thing Poole have never had problems with is the crowd. I'm guessing people are voting with their feet after the fiasco at the Darcy meeting. If Poole can't get a decent crowd for Belle Vue then they will be very poor against the likes of Leicester and Rye House.
  15. come on didn't you read what Starman and his buddy's were saying?? KK back at Poole will be a different rider as he loves the track and Matt Ford and he will be a true number one!!! Real speedway fans know the real KK. With Holder struggling and Kerr not good enough then they need KK to step and at least win some races!
  16. I'm just trying to work out who Poole have in their team who are racers? Kurtz and Shanes for me
  17. Poor performance from Poole really against a team with riders that don't ride the Poole track that well. KK proving yet again that he isn't a reliable number 1 and Jack Holder has so far had a poor start to the season. Poole lucky their reserves are firing good to see young Shanes again scoring well. Lucky that Bjerre packed up otherwise it was a defeat. KK scoring a gifted 8 and failing to win a race. Poole need a number 1 who can be a number 1.
  18. Poole by 12 - 15 tonight. Fricke doesnt really like the place and Sedgeman hasnt exactly pulled up any trees in his last 2 visits (4 both times) Can see Klindt getting another cricket score from reserve. Think Poole will keep it to within 6 points at Belle Vue so should go through
  19. Jack-in-the-box No im on 2 threads this one and the horse racing one so not really jumping around. Guess you have 1 skill in life...............avoiding answering questions. You stated a fact..........many riders are beat before they ride at Poole............name some And we dont have a match until the 13th April and ive commented already on our other threads. Thanks for your concern though
  20. You said many riders. Only name 4 or 5 then, shouldnt be hard as there are according to you so many!
  21. And yet again you tell people to go back to their own thread! What is is with you and being the lord and master telling people what to do. Have been debating totally reasonably on here re the fact I THINK POOLE WILL BEAT BELLE VUE. Also been chatting normally with foreverblue about the Wolves and Poole tracks. You chirp up and start telling people what to do! You quite clearly got told on the Rye v Wolves threads about leaving the thread as that is what you tell people on Poole threads to do. Total hypocrite. Now if you dont mind i will continue my chat with the adults. Oh and please name names when you say riders beat themselves before they set foot on Pooles track.
  22. Like? Poole over the years has always been a fair track, its only the last few years that it has become a bit of a joke. Holder hates the track but bet your life he will go well around there. Poole when prepared properly is a good track. Sadly those days are few and far between
  23. They do for sure. True greats can ride all tracks and speedway isnt just about having fast big tracks. Watching Mark Loram fly round Bradford and then be majestic at Eastbourne shows true genius. Ward was the same at Lakeside
  24. Maybe but his last 4 visits have been 14 (from 7 rides), 9 (7), 7 (4), and 3 (4) all from reserve so he would do well to get 8 from 4 from the main body. Yes he attacks the track, maybe should pass some info to KK, Kurtz and Holder
  25. Poole were probably the worst club for not helping to bring Brits along. Lets not kid ourselves if Kyle Newman had improved his average he wouldnt be kept on. Holder, Watt, Ward, Tungate, Josh G, North, Dyer. All Aussies that have helped Poole to gain success. Then Poole would employ riders like THJ, Darkin, Swist, Eriksson, Davidsson, Gafurov, Andersson, Mrockza, all riders who they wanted to use on low averages to help them get the ultimate goal of the title. Also to a lesser extent Milik and Madsen. The lack of Brits used is low, Ashworth, Howarth, Kennett, Boxall, Ellis, Starke are the ones that come to mind that Poole moved on asap. I have no issue with teams using foreign riders but Poole are the worst team in helping British youngsters so its a bit strange that a Poole fan started the thread!!
