  1. Why KK HOLDER R/R KLINDT HANS STARKE SHANES Why will it be any different to that??
  2. Why do they need to sign anyone decent? They won at Poole so cant be doing that bad. Maybe they could go for a number one like Zengota.......been outstanding for Poole. And yes Swindon do stand a chance of the play offs..maths clearly not your strongpoint. Three home meetings in July and two winable away fixtures at Leicester and Poole. Then in August 6 home matches 4 of those against Leicester and Somerset. Get the signing right and this team can come flying through depending on Doyles fitness
  3. Absolute tosh.........have you ever watched a speedway meeting or you just used to the motocross track at Poole ALL tracks have good and bad meetings. I went to Peterborough years ago and watched the home team gate and get 5-1 after 5-1..........snorefest. Remember going to Eastbourne in 2003 and seeing some unbelievable racing with Mark Loram and Joe Screen against the Karlsson brothers, all throwing the bikes at each other, outstanding skills. Wolves is a far better track then Poole both in prep and quality of racing unless you get excited by riders struggling to ride lumps and humps
  4. Most people love riding for Swindon.......Doyle and Ellis to name but two ....wonder how they would fair in the Poole 1-7 Would that be the same 1-7 that went to Poole and beat them???
  5. Not one post mentioned horror track , tricky yes, mistakes yes, poorly prepared once or twice. You really cannot have much grasp of what a good track is if you think its a horror track
  6. You talk such a load of crap Please define horror track?? Do you mean its scary? Is it tricky? Yes but hardly constitutes the use of the word horror. I would imagine the people who watched the SWC from Kings Lynn on that big fast track will be keen to actually see some racing. So in your opinion all tracks should be big, wide and fast.
  7. They should have let Klindt go if he isnt fit. Him being half fit and struggling could cost Poole so why persevere with him
  8. People must understand that in the mind of the Flange that speedway must only be ridden on huge big fast tracks where you just wind the throttle on and go fast and hang on. The skills of riding the tight technical tracks is a far harder thing to master. Mark Loram sensational at Bradford but class at Wolves and Lakeside. Look how Darcy Ward used to ride Lakeside! Genuis. Sure on smaller tricks the younger riders and those who dont realise the throttle goes both ways will struggle. Tricky track - yes Horror track?? Guess you dont watch much speedway
  9. Poole are in the mess they are in because they have a shockingly under performing number one. To let Klindt ride unfit is poor from the management. Losing Brady is a blow but cant KK, Holder, Hans and Starke take those rides??? Not a huge loss. Doubt anyone has any sympathy as the above posts show
  10. the news broke on a speedway site that I happened to be reading. But as an employee of the club you often tell us that you know exactly what Matt Ford is thinking all the time so I'm stunned you didn't know
  11. Thought you had a direct line to the promotion and management.........strange how i found out first.
  12. so according to you its a horror track but yet your looking forward to it? Kind of strange! do us all a favour and bore off with the horror track garbage, its not funny and shows you on a very strange light..........or someone who is clueless at least
  13. Shame as he was flying this season , get well soon Brady
  14. Im on a forum fella so if i want to ask you something i will. The fact you lack the intellect to debate shows you for what you are.
  15. Swindon need to make that change now. With the injury to Kurtz , Poole could be caught by someone going on a run and Swindon could be that team
  16. Brady Kurtz crashes in Poland out injured for a month minimum
  17. Something fundamentally wrong with the sport in this country and we simply have nobody yet coming through then can challenge. Our best rider doesnt ride for us.........something not right from both sides but i can totallly understand Tai's frustrations trying to help a sport and his country that doesnt want to help itself. Rosco is fine as Team boss. Who else could he have chosen? Lets be fair it could be worse we could have Middlo doing it again and seeing the likes of Kennett back in. How anyone can blame the manager for this is laughable. Last year we came second because we had our best rider in the team.....he isnt now so we came 4th. Im pretty sure the Danes would have liked the chance to ride last night.
  18. I think Adams dad wouldnt let him go back to Poole after the way his son was treated
  19. Australia going through a poor patch. Holder on the downgrade and nobody to really back up Doyle. Fricke hasn't kicked on at the top level but he has time. Kurtz and Jack Holder still have a lot to do to get to this level as well. The power in speedway has shifted to the Eastern Europeans now for sure. Poland , Russia even Latvia coming to the fore. GB has Tai and Australia have Doyle and after that little else. The swedes are an ageing side Lindgren Jonsson for example. The Danes the same Iversen , Bjerre and so on.
  20. Nice line of thinking .............wanting to sign a cheat
  21. It was all said at the start of the season....sign him on a low average ........watch it increase and then cast him aside for someone else. Klindt would have gone with or without the injury. The only issue is that he hasnt really increased it by that much
  22. So you know the lives of everyone that has posted i take it?? I live the south side of Chelmsford thus meaning it takes me a good hour to get to Foxhall I finish work around half 6 until 7 and am at work now for example. Im married , with a mortgage, and 2 wonderful children, one of whom at the age of 7 is a British Champion in her sport which takes up my time and my money. Add in the fact that i love seeing my children (maybe not the wife so much!) and then hopefully you may understand why i dont wish to rush around every week and lay out the £60 or so that it would cost me to go. Some things in life are more important to me then speedway so please forgive me if i pick and choose what meetings i go to thanks for your concern though
