Could Woffy Be Making An El Return?
Gavan replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
You think he should give up Sweden rather than the UK?? You really need to understand more how the sport works if you think that your statement is correct. Look at the facts: Sweden pays more Sweden is on a set night Sweden he is competing at a much higher level than our Elite League. Why would he give that up and that chance to become a world champion??? Ah you think he owes to the British fans? No he doesnt, he wants to be number one in the world and riding in the UK doesnt help him. Have a look as to how many in the GP ride here?? Even Iversen wants to knock it on the head. Holder could do without it as well. Right hang on. You say Tai riding in the UK would put bums on seats?? Now you say Nicki is box office and different class. Which is it? Is Tai box office in one country and not another? Your agenda is quite pathetic and your trolling posts tiresome. Tai is a 2 time World Champion and he wants to be a 3 time World Champion and people knock him for it. Your quite sad -

Think you will have our measure tomorrow night. Our reserves will be awful though at least Paco scoring now. Covatti wont be as poor for sure but riders like Sarjeant and Risager may struggle. Fancy you will win by at least 12 -

Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
correct. I fancy Wolves to win this, same as I fancied Poole to win at Coventry and Poole to win at Lynn No I have a sense of humour, if you read my post about mystery illness and injury I was referring back to the Eastbourne match a few years ago. Try for once having a bit of banter. Oh maybe you get the ache because I think Wolves will win I made the first post on here which you jumped on!! I will then reply to you as I see fit -
Wolverhampton V Poole. Ela 2/5/16
Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I didn't go tonight because as ive said about a thousand times I live an hour from the track and I work and I have a family so I pick and choose my meetings thanks for your concern. And no we lost due to the fact that our best rider this season fell off 3 times and out other heat leader only scores after his first 2 rides 2 weeks running. You win some you lose some but it doesn't concern me as the sport as a whole is more important then wether we win the league. -

Wolves to win quite comfortably.......unless Poole draft in a track specialist for a 'mystery illness' or a 'mystery injury' -

Think we will win this by 5 or 6. A lot depends on how the Somerset reserves get round Foxhall. Hopefully King and Kerr will be better than Saturday and if our reserves can get 7 or 8 between them then we should be good -

pillock. So you think the conditions in the Belle Vue meeting were safe do you???? Last night shouldn't have gone ahead but then neither should the Belle Vue meeting. You can't bleat about rider safety when it suits paperboyThink you need to look up the dictionary definition of hypocrite as well! -

The Kings Lynn track wasn't raceable that was obvious but it was no worse than at Belle Vue when Poole needed those points. Middlo on Twitter talking bout rider safety what a hypocrite -

Poole have some riders who usually aren't to keen on the wet namely Hans, Holder and Bjarne though they might prove me wrong. Riders like Bates will love it. Niels, Lambert and Nicholls will love the conditions -

If anyone doesnt agree with you you throw your toys out the pram dont you!! I have compared what Bjarne and Bates will score and it wont be to much difference to what Bjarne and Newman would score in MY OPINION!!!! And no in my opinion Newman is only doing what he should be away from home. He is scoring 7 or 8 as he should but yes he had a good meeting at Coventry. In the premier for a heat leader away from home his scores have been poor -
These are my posts on this thread since the 27th March. Not many is it?? Oh and if you could tell me where i jump all over Shovlars posts about him talking about Matt Ford then please tell me where. Oh sorry your making it all up again
-
Well you will be pleased to know i agree with Watt being dropped. To be fair if you read the thread you will realise that most people agree with the decision so im clueless as to why you bring it up
-
Why is it moronic? We know Matt Ford is a good promoter for Poole, nobody argues that. Its just rather boring that every third or fourth post from yourself you just bang on and on about how wonderful he is and how lucky you are to have him and how its not his fault and everyone should be like him. We get it you love him! Nice to see the like you had was from Starman lol two peas in a pod
-
Seriously how far up your management teams backside are you stuck?
-
Great post. Surely personal problems are personal problems arent they?? No difference to Norths situation, guess it depends on where we are in the season

Gavan replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Not really its his home form that stands out. 7+1 from 4 at Coventry (Watt 6 from 5) 6+2 from 4 at Lakeside (Watt 2 from 3) 10+3 from 5 at Coventry (Watt 2 from 4) So Watt and Newman combined contribute between 8-13 points away from home. So if Bjarne and Bates get say 10 between them then Poole are doing just fine. Kyle has also struggled away from home in the premier as well with scores of 5 and 7 inbetween getting 14 at his old track Somerset.. Poole should win this with their team anything less will be an upset -

Gavan replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Spot on but dont tell that to the usual suspects as Kyle Newman is a future World Champion dont you know!! Bates will love the Lynn circuit i would imagine so unless he scores 2 or 3 then Newmans absence wont matter. Plus Poole have Pedersen in for Watt so that negates any effect that Bates may have. As usual getting their excuses in early -

I get it but they the rule was stopped for a reason and time and again its the same club. -

Poole try and do what they want only this time they have been (quite rightly) stopped. Happens every year they try to pull the odd stroke Read my post. I said Bates will be a better rider than Newman if he isnt already. For what its worth i think Newman is just ahead of him for now but i would say Bates wont take long to improve past a rider who has stalled at Premier level and is happy sweeping up as a fast track rider. I dont think it weakens you to much tonight. -

I often post on the Poole threads as quite frankly they are the most entertaining and i guess i do jump on his posts but its only because the man is quite clearly lacking in the brain department and frankly my 10 year old can debate better and actually manages to write things in English as well. The funniest thing is that he is in so much of his own bubble that he cant actually see that he is the poster that is ridiculed the most by everyone, he just tends to think its one or two obsessed with him. He annoys the hell out of his own fans as well but as always never quite grasps the situation. Still it does give some comedy value How dare you say Matt Ford doesnt understand the rule book!! Shovlar and the paperboy will be here soon to have you shot! -

Nothing to do with hate for Poole........love the way when you don't have an answer it comes down to hating the club or jealousy your so predictable. Why isn't Robson riding then?? Ah I see Matt Ford tried to change the ruling -

Really do you believe the stuff you write? Bates is the British Under 21 champion and beat both Lambert and Ellis to the title. I saw him on Saturday and he was very good. Bates will be a better rider than Newman if he isn't all ready. Answer me this. Is Robson not riding because its not allowed??? By the way the answer is yes. -

The fans were almost right Except for dear old Shovlar and Starman whose heads were so far up Mr Fords derriere that they told us all that we were all wrong when all along they were!! Its gone very very quiet
