Poole Pirates Vs Swindon Robins B Fixture 01/06/16
Gavan replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Worrall is by far a better rider than Ellis, please dont say you disagree! Ellis rode at reserve and put up a great performance last time. You cant say you would get more because now the rider swap is as a second string, a position that Worrall will outscore what Ellis would have done. In the last meeting against Swindon Ellis got 11+2 from reserve and Kurtz got 5 from number 2. So for Poole to get 70 you say that Kurtz will get 11+ 2 from reserve and Worrall will get 15 from number 2!!! Kurtz may not get 11+1 but Worrall will get more than 5 from the number 2 role. If Worrall only gets 5 thats more than Ellis would have done no i agree guests are not good but you are stronger now for sure. -
what a disgraceful way to run a team. you cant sack him so write an article that runs him down, typical Campbell

He is a far better rider than Ellis that's a fact so you should get 60 at least -
Kerr needs to go. sad after his injury but we cant keep carrying passengers. Sarjeant also in danger

Worrall for Ellis makes Poole stronger so should get 60 easily -
im not there so can't comment myself just what I'm being told. Covatti goes looking for dirt and goes backwards. If you think speedway is good just because they go fast and scrape the fence then good for you. Personally I would rather see a good surface. Ipswich's track is poor I can admit it but it seems like Panthers fans don't like criticism of theirs
-
its shovlar come on he can't just take the win. Poole are favourites home or away against every side they face. We always get the same old prediction from him that it will be tough then when they win its all happiness. Poole should have won by more than they did with their 3 world class heat leaders, a second string who is a gp winner and the current Australian champ at reserve with the highest ranked fast track rider. Compare that to a Swindon side who had Tungate and Sedgeman as heat leaders , 2 riders who last season were premier league second strings!! Something isn't quite right at Poole if the current 1-7 are scraping wins against inferior sides
-
Poole as expected by everyone win away. Holder scoring good points on a track that wasn't like riding a bucking bronco. Poole still title favourites so nothing changes. Let's hope the leagues biggest club in Belle Vue can play a hand. Got to love Starman moaning about the track and Shovlar being extremely biased as always. Love the chuckle brothers always a good read

I come on the Poole threads as most of the speedway chat centres around the club. Please source back through the thread and show me where I have made 'anti Poole' comments. Unfortunatly if you mention anything negative about the club one or two prima donnas on here go up in arms. You have decent fans who tend to see both sides. chris4gillian, lisa-collette , foreverblue You have wind up merchants who post merely to get a reaction. steveshovlar , skidder And then sadly for the decent ones you have the forums d1ckhead in starman Im the first to admit I cant stand Matt Ford and think Middlo is a bit of a prat. But as I say you get the usual crew who pick any post apart, choose a line, and twist it. I feel Garrity and Steve Worrall are better than Kyle Newman..............nope not allowed to say that as its Poole bashing I stated Kurtz is struggling to adapt to smaller tracks and needs to learn more throttle control.........nope cant say that either I said Pooles track is poor...........nope its not (well until we all saw it live) I know I react strongly at times but usually its a t the same person everytime, the forum clown. Ive mentioned that Andersen is flying and Ellis has come on loads but the 'crew' gloss over that Still I think it would be great if Poole don't make the top 4!!!
-
glad to see you say that. I mentioned on here that Brady needs to learn that the throttle works both ways and he isnt good on smaller tracks and the move will help in that respect. Yet when i mentioned it you and Skidder decide to have a go and call me anti Poole. Its ok for you to say it though apparantly I shall await my apology oh and here is my final post to your good self after you said i was having a go at Brady. Quite clearly states he is good on big tracks and needs to master the smaller ones. As i say i await an apology because you tried to have an argument with me and have now said exactly the same thing. Cant really ever recall Middlo helping to further a riders career at all. He looks after his riders thats for sure, often giving them places to stay but wether under his guidance riders have 'moved forward' in their careers is another. Kyle Howarth is one example of a rider treated so badly at Poole and has gone on to do better. The only really annoying thing about Middlo is the way he conducts himself on the tv and social media, not exactly a shining light. Always defends the indefensible and never has a bad word to say. Take for example last week when Kurtz lifted so badly he hit Jacobs not once but twice and Middlo comes on and defends Kurtz! Would gain much more respect if he just had said Kurtz was unlucky to pick up the drive. Poole success is not because of Middlo its because of Ford signing the best riders

Poole Pirates Vs Belle Vue Aces 23/5/16 Sky Meeting
Gavan replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
ah nice to know your a track expert! Perhaps Ford should ask for your help!!! It will be sorted for the play off final??? Whose track Belle Vues or Swindons?? -
yep I didn't read the whole article just the last bit!!! What's your problem pal??? He quite clearly says about the rules!!! Or have you not read it?? Typical response from yourself The last paragraph mate in case your blind."I don't want to hear anymore about rules" black and white mate shut up pal not talking to you am I??? Try reading the article and then tell me what I can't resist??? Last paragraph but I don't expect you to be able to read Anyway forgetting the chuckle brothers I see a 10 point win for Swindon
-
Dont think Kyle Newman will be at Poole next season somehow!! I like Matt Ford at the end of the article saying he doesnt want to listen about rules!!! No change there then. Surely its his job as promoter of the club to give HIS riders the track THEY want. Its all well and good Ford whinging about riders but if they arent getting the conditions they want he needs to address the track. Kind of deflecting the blame i think

Should Tai Woffinden Ride For Team Gb ?
Gavan replied to robert72's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
prat so badly advised he has won 2 world titles you im afraid are quite a sad pathetic individual with nothing better than to moan about Tai. Thick as rubbish to as the reasons why he isnt riding in the British Final have been told to you hundreds of times, reasons fully supported by other riders. Bout time you basically just shut up pal. Let the real speedway fans cheer a TRUE BRIT on his way to a 3RD WORLD TITLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
sorry lisa. but when he makes things up and trys to twist things ive said I get annoyed and then try to make him see sense.
-
Please tell me where in any of my posts i have said about track sizes being any different.??? I know the tracks are similar hence why im saying a smaller track will help his development as all he does on the big ones LIKE POOLE is just wind it on You put words into my posts when quite clearly i never once said Poole was a smaller track than Somerset!! You do it again and i swear your speedway stars wont see the sunlight. Just in case you are so effing thick i will spell it out for you moron BRADY KURTZ IS A VERY GOOD YOUNG RIDER ON THE LARGER TRACKS IN THE UK LIKE POOLE, SOMERSET, SHEFFIELD AND PETERBOROUGH HE STRUGGLES ON THE TIGHTER TECHNICAL ONES BECAUSE IN MY VIEW HE STILL NEEDS TO LEARN THROTTLE CONTROL AND A STYLE THAT SUITS THOSE TRACKS!!! Hope you get that clown!!!!!!! How effing thick are you??
-
and if you read the Plymouth thread their fans say it might help his development on a smaller track. Exactly what i am saying, good on the big fast ones and needs to master the smaller ones.
-
read the top post then moron!!!!!!!!!! GREAT YOUNG RIDER BUT LOADS TO LEARN!!!!!!!!!! was my comment. Or do you think he is the finished article already?????? You tell me where he needs to improve then??? I believe its his style of riding that maybe holds him back Its called an opinion. I havent said he is a bad rider at all I havent 'jumped all over him' as you put it. Im voicing my opinion as to what could make him get even better Now do yourself a favour pal and keep it quiet
-
SHUT UP YOU ABSOLUTE PILLOCK!!! i praised Brady you t0sser. i said he still has lots to learn namely his all out style of riding and when to control the throttle. Its called an observation!!!!!!!

Poole Pirates Vs Belle Vue Aces 23/5/16 Sky Meeting
Gavan replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Why is it trolling??? Hans Andersen isnt a renowned passer even in his heyday Bjarne Pedersen isnt really either Adam Ellis also Brady Kurtz does on better tracks same with Holder Your 2 out an out racers are Newman and Buck Look at Belle Vue, their heat leader trio are 3 riders who often miss the gate. Chris Louis was one of the biggest gating tarts ive seen at my club. Doesnt make them a bad rider its just their way. Ive sen Louis make some great passes (british final run off 1997 case in point) but ask anyone if Luois was a 'racer' or a gater and it would be the latter Poole have a team mainly of gaters, Belle Vue and Lynn for example dont Its not trolling pal its an observation And coming from yourself, widely known as the forums biggest troll and wind up merchant its quite rich really I suggest for once you actually try to answer sensibly -
Poole Pirates Vs Belle Vue Aces 23/5/16 Sky Meeting
Gavan replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
irrelevent when your racing an inferior team like Coventry or Leicester. Belle Vue are a similar side in ability to Poole and then your home advantage goes away because of the track. Pooles team this season is far stronger than everyones apart from Belle Vue. Of course they will win at home more often than not. But make it a different race strip and you would have beat Belle Vue the other night The track has been bad all season, read the tweets from the riders that have ridden there!!! Holder has moaned all season! Its now been exposed on Sky for all fans to see and the Poole fans try to say it was just that meeting!!! -
Poole Pirates Vs Belle Vue Aces 23/5/16 Sky Meeting
Gavan replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Why is it negative? Your track is poor Your riders hate it Braver riders attack it. Your home advantage with that track is non existant The track could ultimately cost you the title Surely God Matt Ford must see this and sort it. You hardly have a team of 'racers' so a grippy bumpy tricky track is not what your riders want. -
Where have i said he wouldnt learn it? And yes Plymouth should help him. Right now Brady needs to master the smaller tracks. I havent slagged Kurtz off in anyway, in fact i praised him as a good young rider with a couple of flaws that need ironing out same as most youngsters coming through. Why you have to make it into something different is beyond me. Oh and nobody else on this thread has mentioned it on the Plymouth thread either. Wasnt aware i had to 'double up' my post.
