I take back the post i wrote bout Middlo staying off twitter. the clown is back moaning about the length of time again and his response to those of us who point out the length of time is nothing unusual...........................Poole haters! Its no wonder with a pillock like him that all the usual idiots like starman can only answer with the same response when challenged.

i have spoken on twitter to diana spencer and to be honest she is another clueles wonder. you do have to question how thick some people really are. what i do find funny is how old man Middlo was all over twitter like a rash telling the world ithe fim was a joke and it wasnt a murder trial. Now since the meeting in Geneva not a wiord on social media which can mean one 3 things. Matt Ford (quite rightly) has told him to shut up SCB (quite rightly) have told him to shut up or He has been informed how wrom he was in not knowing the rules

Big lack of response from the usual crew the blue tints on this. Im not icluding people like foreverblue or pirate olivier or chris4gillian amongst the blue tints i must add. But where are the people screaming foul play over the length of time? As stated by so many nothing is different in this case timescale wise then any other. So where have they all gone?

spot on so come on starman the explanations for length of time its taken are quite clearly laid out in front of you so i would love to hear your views now? im expecting you still somehow to blame the FIM correct.........................if he mentioned anything about the case/ length of ban that was likely but he didnt. for ages the blue tints wanted an explanation of how it works and why its took so long. im guessing you havent read it properly which is something that sames to be quite common amongst some fans down Dorset way , maybe they arent educated some of them. The case is not mentioned one bit as to an outcome just how they get to the outcome. No Gundersen and Nielsen were promising riders in 1981. They became legends later on. I dont get why you cant actually grasp what people are saying and just resort to abuse. Kelly Moran in 1979 Tommy Knudsen 1981 Lance King 1984 Kelvin Tatum 1986 Todd Wiltshire 1990 Gert Handberg 1992 Chris Louis in 1993 All the above (Moran was 4th) were promising riders same as Hans and Erik were in 1981 and all did better in the respective finals. It could very much easily be argued Knudsen was ahead of both of them in 1981 at the age of 19 i believe. So to start having a pop when quite clearly you are missing the point is just daft. Gundersen and Nielsen went on to be legends nobody is disputing that, but in 1981 they were good with potential but did anyone expect them to be better than Knudsen??

Absolutly spot on. Supporting your club is supporting your club through thick and thin, good times and bad, and trust me being an Ipswich fan ive seen it all. However it just seems that there are Poole fans that just cant do this and accept that their riders, or management can evr do any wrong. If you are so blinkered that you think Middlo is not wrong in his tweets then you arent really a speedway fan. If you believe in the fact that any technacality should see Ward free to ride then again your missing the big picture. Its unfortunate for the true Poole and speedway fans like yourself and foreverblue , that your club seems to have the few wallys that are spoiling it all for the rest. As i say if starman is getting ridiculed by his own fans on his own forum then surely he needs to wake up and realise what he is doing. As i said there is passion for your club and there is downright stupidity.

I cant stand Matt Ford Middlo is a buffoon. Darcy Ward off the track is basically not a nice person. However all people should be treated the same in the sport wether you are a potential world champion or a national league wobbler the penalties have to be the same. It matters not one bit that Ward is 'talented' 'puts bums on seats' ' ruining his career' It also doesnt matter how over the limit he was. Just because Danno was basically falling over and Ward wasnt is irrelevent. However you people saying 2 years is way to excessive. Darcy Ward should be banned for 12 months. Personally 12 months of racing is what i would say meaning he has 10 months left to serve However if he is banned for 12 months from August to August that would be acceptable If he lines up at the tapes in March it will be a joke. As i said and as you may all know im not a fan of the Poole management and some of there fans on here border on ridiculous But to ban Darcy Ward for 2 years is simply a massive over the top reaction

Your missing the point. Anything in the legal world takes to long we all know that. This case has took no longer than any other similar case. I agree its to long but that is always the case. The fim rules state up to 45 days. So what is daft is all the idiots saying its taking to long should be resolved sooner. I agree 45 days is to long but they are within their rights so why people keep banging on about length of time its taken is beyond me.

But we are not talking about opinions as such are we. You believe Darcy and Middlo had been told 7 days or why would they say this. Yet quite clearly the rest of the speedway world knows it is anything up to 45 days. That leads to either they are mis advised, thick, or basically playing the sympathy vote. There is no way they are mis advised lawyers dont do that. They arent exactly brains of Britain But it sems like they are going for the sympathy vote. The lemmings on twitter would rather believe Middlo or Ward than the normal way a process works. You can see from the responses like 'fim are a joke' and 'its dragging on' and 'how can they do this' that these people who write this are uneducated in the way this works and are basically just lovers of Ward who know no different. Some people on here really play the dumb card. I have only seen one poster who has said Darcy should get 2 years. Most people are saying a year but the 'Darcy love in crew' on here for some reason keep going on about everybody hanging him out to dry and saying he was drunk. If yet to see a post mentioning him being drunk unless its tongue in cheek. All people want is a fair ban to fit what he did but the usual band of sycophants on here like to make up stuff. Same as Darcy and Middlo on twitter. They are either not very clever(which to be fair is believable) mis advised on procedures , or shock horror do you think they might do it for some sympathy!

Any rider caught should be banned its simple. I agree with starman all should be tested. it is irrelevent though that it still takes nothing away from Darcy drinking and being caught and he should be punished accordingly.
