For those of us who live in a foreign country and who have sons racing in the UK, it's an invaluable service. Thank you Sue to you and your team. You've kept me on the edge of my seat on more than one occasion.
No one ever sticks around for the second half, what about 4 heats, one second half race, another 4 heats , another second half race etc....
the second halfers get a ride in front of a crowd, the public get a few more heats? everyone's a winner
Yes the "nearly" factor is frustrating but the team have proved that when they're firing on all cylinders together they're unbeatable. Almost all the riders have gone through a rough patch at some point throughout the season and there have been calls on here for them to be replaced, but at the end of the day we finished third, got to the KO finals and more importantly all 7 riders that we started the season with are still there !
Edinburgh were unbeatable this year and congratulations to them but with their success comes a problem. They'll be over the points limit for next year and a winning team will be broken up. I wish I had the answer but I don't, but the team spirit in the pits this year has been fantastic and although there are moaners i'm sure there's a hell of a lot of other teams below us who'd love to be in our position.
