Looking forward to Monday and the current world champion in town. Will he go through the card? He will have to ride a bit better than he did tonight.
The track is going to get a LOT of water over the next 24 hours. Should make a bit more dirt than Thursday. Looking forward to it, with the bonus of winning meaning we go top of the league!
Bring on those rebels!
A shame for Tai but his own fault. Spent 2 laps on the inside before moving out. Should have gone out a lap earlier. Bound to be blocked. No point whining.
There’s no pressure on Poole. The team are stronger than earlier this season, they are happy with the much improved track and form for all seven is pretty good.
Matt Ford is in the office during home meetings. He does pop out to watch some heats then goes back to the office. He doesn’t sit in the stands watching.
Interestingly at Poolelast night the countdown clock is by the tapes. Gardening was done, and the usual faffing about, but as the clock got to ten seconds all came to the line and the tapes went up within a couple of seconds of zero.
Ok. But that still means Leicester asked for it to be called off. A shame the ref was so weak. No thought for the fans who paid good money to attend and expect 15 heats.
