  1. He has gone through a very tough two seasons which would have devistated most people in normal jobs. There is no ending in sight and it has wrecked his career and personal life. No wonder he is where he is.
  2. It is crap when injuries happen at the end of the season. Can’t think of a worse case than Wolves losing both main heat leaders for the playoffs last season. The rules have never allowed for signings after the cut off. They should for serious injuries, but were Wolves allowed to sign replacements last season for the playoffs?
  3. No its r/r. Rotten time for an injury. A precedent has been set in previous seasons. Wolves last year or Poole a few years ago with Darcy. Had to go into the playoffs with r/r.
  4. Seriously rotten luck for the lad and Belle Vue. Wishing him a speedy recovery.
  5. Great final shutting up the Poles. Deserved winner Zmarzlik didn’t see him coming!
  6. I have no affinity to either. Holder a far better prospect already imo. Just adapted to continental racing better.
  7. Think his broother deserves Chris spot to be honest. Jack Holder and Robert Lambert would both be great new additions.
  8. If we are without Klindt and Jakobsen we won’t get close to a point at Kings Lynn.
  9. If it’s true both Somerset reserves are missing, it’s a shame but to be honest they wouldn’t score many points anyway against our reserves. As FB said, they hardly troubled the scorers after heat 2. If it had been Holder or Doyle missing it would have had a bigger impact. Zack W shouldn’t be available due to 7 day rule? Still be extremely close.
  10. You can se the crowd yourself in the video clip I posted on the Poole v Swindon clip at the end of the race.
  11. Wouldn’t be hectic if the Poole meeting was in the evening but its a mid day meeting. Klindt finishes at Workington at 10 pm and has to be in Poole at 10 am. A 7 + hour drive.
  12. Some of the Poole ridrrs have horrendous schedules before Monday. Richie Worrall and Chris Harris are riding Glasgow v Edinburgh home and away over the weekend. The meeting due to finish around 6 pm on the Sunday and have to be at Poole for 11 am Monday. Nicolai Klindt is riding at Workington on Sunday night at 7.30 start!
  13. After seeing off Swindon last night at Wimborne Road to put a huge dent in the Robins chance of defending the championship, all roads lead to Blunsdon on bank holiday Monday evening for the return. Swindon must win this one to keep that flicker of a chance of making the playoffs open. Around Blunsdon they are a force and it’s difficult to get a result here. Pirates normally come up a bit short and I am expecting a similar situation on Monday night, with the Robins home advantage just a bit too much for Pirates, who will have come through one hell of a tussle with Somerset just a few hours earlier. Both teams should be at full strength, baring any disaster earlier in the day. Should imagine there will be a huge Pirates following coming up for this and a very big crowd. Looking forward to it. Thoughts?
  14. Why? The rest of this season is crucial, to get that top spot. Teams will be desperate to avoid Somerset or Poole. If Belle Vue finish top they wil pick Kings Lynn, and vice versa. I doubt Poole or Somerset would pick each other in the semis. Poole would probably pick Lynn if we topped the table. (Unlikely)
  15. Just watched the clip. Lawson a dick. Andersen did nothing wrong at all.
