Ipswich vs Oxford 27th June
Racin Jason 72 replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Both rely heavily on their ability to gate. -
I think the Edinburgh meeting was 1989. Frede schott crashed on the back straight and it looked like he had been decapitated as the crash helmet rolled down the track. And Brett Saunders crash in the same meeting was just as horrific.

My memory goes back to 1985. We had lost Billy in April which ripped the heart out of the club. Kai niemi returned and we were due to face the mighty cradley heath but we were going to be missing John cook I believe for a compulsory trip home. John berry hated using guests so we actually used double rider replacement!!! Not only that but we beat cradley too. it’s the only time I witnessed double rider replacement but it was a incredible performance from the witches after so much adversity.

Poor crowds on non Wednesday fixtures
-
Was it not poor crowds the reason you dropped down a league ?

Craig cook tactical sub according to Eurosport despite being just 2 points behind. And kelvin doesn’t notice or question it.

Ipswich v Leicester June 20th

I haven’t looked at the stats and may be wrong but I wonder if the three wolves riders had inflated averages due to monmore track advantage ? plus all three have the ability to pass at wolves where at Leicester even the very best and quicker riders struggle to do so. -

A certain Jason crump once said it doesn’t matter if fans boo or cheer me but it means I’m doing my job to entertain them. I think woffy handled himself well last night and added to the entertainment. -
