  1. If you bring David back for Garrity now, Garritys average will be too high to replace Proctor either now or when new averages come out. But if you wait for June 1st Proctors averages will be higher than Bellegos and you can fit him in. So even if you bring Bellego back in the next 2 weeks, you still need to find a replacement for Proctor.
  2. Bellego doesn't fit until June 1st - so it'll be 2 weeks before he's back.
  3. Well that re-run works for me - got money on Pawlicki to outscore Kenni - just gone from a loss to a probably win now thanks to the referee Also my Greg over 11 bet looks a little better now.
  4. Am I right in saying heat 13 is being re-run? For tapes Im guessing.
  5. Paid 9 from 4 (plus an EF) in Poland so far, so he's riding well tonight. But he's been quite poor generally this season by his standards. edit > as I post that he runs a last!
  6. 12 months? Like all work permit riders? As it is I'm sure I read Matty Wethers has GB citizenship or right to remain here or something like that, rather than a work permit.
  7. A rider without a work permit is not withholding his services! Quite the opposite! Rule 16.5.2 doesn't say you can have a facility for a rider without a work permit.
  8. I don't do name calling (I use logical argument/discussion). But you've really wound me up on this one which it why I've called you a prick. You called me a liar but I was right and youre not even man enough to apologise. You really are a despicable person. What the hell has Gavan got to do with you calling me a liar?
  9. You're a prick. You really are. Anyone half decent apologises when they're proved wrong. To the mods - if I get a warning for this I hope he gets one for all the things he has called me.
  10. 16.5.2 just says that if rider is declared in a team you can have a facility for him - eg you sign a rider in February but he break his arm practicing in March then you can have a facility for a month but only because injury is listed in 16.5.1 (the list of reasons an facility is allowed)
  11. Musliak to only average 5.5 as a second string? He's averaging 5.1 as a heat leader. I don't think it's unreasonsble to think now he's settled down that he's not capable of 7 as a second string.
  12. Surely I have posted enough on the BSF over the years (and on this subject superficially) for you to know if you can trust what I say or not and that I know which sources to ignore and which give reasonable info that I'm able to pass on. I didn't come on here claiming I knew something but wasn't able to say (I never have) but on this one najjer and I were abble to leave enough hints - sadly I can't find mine, they have been lost amongst number other post but I was able to quote najjers on the Sheffield 2015 thread earlier in the week. TBH, it doesn't really matter now. Proctor hasn't got a work permit. Sheffield will have to replace him and luckily they have a read made replacement in Bellego. We could all sit here discussing, moaning and complaining about this one and suggesting we know this and he knows that but it wont make a tiny bit of difference.I just hope that the promoters (at all clubs) are able to learn from this one - though I doubt it.
  13. I'll take your word on this one. as I wouldn't trust those running clubs, the fact the whole sorry mess was brought up and investigated in the winter is enough for me to not trust them on these matters.
  14. Is this opinion or based on some further knowledge? Because it sounds like opinion to me. The whole thing. As none of it matches any of the facts.
  15. So no apology to me for calling me a liar? All those time you had a go at me for calling him a drunk. Come one, admit you were wrong and say sorry.
  16. Go on then, what have I got wrong? I'm happy to be educated. Unlike a few on here who get arsey when someone disagrees with them.
  17. I can't wait for Starmans response So stary, was he pissed?
  18. TBF, Williamson is a 3 point NL junior. You can use a 3 point NL junior to replace any rider at any time as it's not a facility.
  19. Various places/people. Are you saying you believe my facts to be wrong? You seem to be getting confused. He had a 12 month work permit in mid-May 2014. That expired this week (mid-May 2015). There has been no problem. No illegal riding. All that has happened is he has tried to re-new his work permit this week and that has been refused because he no longer meets the criteria. As soon as he was refused he has stopped riding and is subsequently going to leave the country this weekend according to reports.
  20. For all the time he is injured. And technically, they should have no facility for Proctor.
  21. He hasn't ridden illegally. His work permit expired this week. Until then everything was fine. Once his work permit expired he had 24 hours (that seems to have been extended to 72 hours) to leave the country.
  22. Hotels for the FIM officials at the GPs too - that won't be cheap!
