He is. It changed last year and is in the Scab regulations under 02.2.11. Explicitly mentions use of Eurosport/BSN coverage, and says it must be used where available. Although it doesn’t specify *when* it “must” be used, which makes that emphasis redundant.

His away average was a point higher than what he’s been signed on, so he’ll be fine. He’s the best value rider on the league, on a rolling average/2023 average basis.

After all that, a pleasant surprise, and the best signing Workington could have made.

To be fair, when he was on the bike, he was very good. His Championship average was 9.13. Bomber was 9.14.

It would be either 6.00 or 8.50, based on his Polish average. As he last raced in the Premiership in 2017 and the Championship in 2011, I think the converted Polish averages would take priority over his old British averages. i realise this was an utterly pointless response!
