  1. Not at 6k a night. 156k outlay and that's just on the league fixtures and KO Cup SF tie, If the club makes the KO Cup Final and the Play-Off Grand Final then a deal rises to 192k, If the club chooses to use him in each round of the Pairs then it's 210k Too steep for a British club.
  2. Yes he'll be in if Tomalin has full control. Won't have to work with Buster at all then.
  3. Must be signing a sponsorship deal for the GP's imo.
  4. In at 6:00am, 12:00pm and 6:00pm Out at 9:00am, 3:00pm and 9:00pm
  5. Scott -> You know something Bartosz, The Peterborough Panthers are a great club to ride for in England, I highly recommend that you should sign for them in 2023. Bartosz -> Hmmm maybe I will
  6. Not at 6k a night. 24 league fixtures as well as the KO Cup Semi-Final tie would make the deal be worth 156k minimum.
  7. Well I've been wrong all winter but I don't like sitting on the fence...........I'm saying Holder 100% out for two key reasons. 1. Would Buster honestly go 2.30 under the limit risking attendances to drop after 1 month (If we start poorly) just so he can work with a rider he doesn't like? 2. Chris Holder got released for attitude reasons along with Troy Batchelor at KL and I think Buster got Auty and THJ in as replacements which speaks volumes, That's a case of get them out by all means necessary even if adequate replacements aren't available. Buster still owns the club, So he gets to have the final say on matters and I just cant picture Buster approving any move for Holder considering Buster will still be present around the Showground in 2023, I'm not even sure if Holder would want to work with Buster either because he's not exactly desperate to earn a living in the UK when he's got good money contracts in Poland & Sweden.
  8. Absolutely not, The thought of gloating wouldn't even cross my mind (Just kidding) Honestly if Panthers we're to end up with Holder and Ipswich were to end up with Emil then I think they'd both end up with GSA's in the same ball park (If they stay injury free).
  9. Hawkins must be referring to one of two things imo because the fans have the right averages for Cook and Holder. 1. Rew on a 5.00 rather than the 4.00 reported elsewhere due to Keynan riding in the Danish top flight as well as riding in Poland (Nothing official in the Press Release about his average) or 2. Hawkins is hinting that you've signed a 6th rider already so you don't have enough points or team places left to fit them in.
  10. Yes Michael I'd love to join the best club in the country again, 3.5k a meeting sounds good to me.
  11. Have you been reading Hawkins Tweets lol? I follow Ritchie on Twitter and I saw some Tweets yesterday from him and he was having a back and forth with a couple of Ipswich fans over averages. 7.16 is still valid.
  12. Our management really wouldn't take a risk by going 2.30 under the limit imo because crowds will drop after half a dozen meetings and the club would lose a fortune. If the final three is Holder, Worrall and Andersen then people walk away before May and they'll use their money of Gas/Energy bills. Start the season with a double header against Ipswich led by Doyle & Emil so that's back-to-back defeats. Then after that it's a double header against Leicester and we've got no chance of winning at Leicester or winning the Bonus Point considering how strong Leicester's line-up looks around Beaumont Park, Lose at Home to Leicester (Possible when they've got Harris & Lawson) and that'll take us to 0-4 on the season with 0 bonus points. Finally to complete the fixture list in April we'd have a double header against Belle Vue and then a trip to Sheffield. (0-7 and 0 bonus points is likely)
  13. He'd be way too pricey for British clubs though, Dudek wanted 6k a night and nobody met that price.
  14. Ipswich has always been the rumour so I'll go with that considering I've been wrong all along HAHA. It'll be good to have Emil back in British Speedway because we need as many big names over here as possible. Must admit I wasn't sold on the rumours for a while due to the stumbling blocks and the silence from Poland because Poland didn't put any update out to the public since the original ruling until now.
  15. Well a U-Turn on Russians is happening according to Polish media. Slag. This could be a breakthrough! Will the Russians be able to return to the Grand Prix and PGE Ekstraliga? - Sports Review (przegladsportowy-onet-pl.translate.goog)
  16. Soon -> EMIL TO IPSWICH HERE WE GO! Slag. This could be a breakthrough! Will the Russians be able to return to the Grand Prix and PGE Ekstraliga? - Sports Review (przegladsportowy-onet-pl.translate.goog)
  17. Don't worry about that lol I've already talked myself into thinking Nicki P is at 1.
  18. This isn't an expensive 6 either when you compare it to other teams so surely the money is available to fund a move for Nicki P? Andersen Basso R. Worrall NKI B. Cook Jenkins (RS)
  19. Who gets announced next then? Andersen or Worrall? I just hope we don't have to wait until March to find out.
  20. Having thought about today's social media NKI reveal. 'Lead by example' could mean that NKI is the captain rather than the No.1 Nicki P, Andersen, Basso, Worrall, NKI, Cook & JJ is the only team that makes sense to me but Gasser is 100% certain on Holder. I think the club are going to save the best signing till last rather than ending the lengthy 2023 team building process on a whimper. So if Chris Holder isn't one of the next two announced then don't rule out Nicki Pedersen being the last announced rider for 2023. I agree, Very expensive for an average return.
