Not if our rumoured top two of NKI/Holder is correct because no team (Using linked/rumoured riders only) gets anywhere close to the points limit involving Hans to a point where it doesn't tie in with Tomalin's comments. Tomalin saying we have to make the play-offs with the team we've put together is a strong statement imo, Basically saying anything less than a play-off spot in 2023 is straight up failure. Having said all of that I could see Hans in a 1-7 if our No.1 isn't NKI as rumoured because you can build a 1-7 that gets close to the limit then that also ties in with Tomalin's comments. Something like. 1. Dudek (Pricey 6k but up for it), Nicki P (Pricey 3.5k but up for it), Rasmus (Would have to do a full U-Turn), Bjerre (Would have to do a full U-Turn too) 2. Andersen 3. C. Holder 4. Basso 5. NKI 6. B. Cook 7. Jenkins (RS)
-
Say Tungate is out just for the sake of it, then this 1-7 would be possible if Lindback is up for a Premiership campaign. 1. NKI 2. R. Worrall 3. Lindback 4. Basso 5. C. Holder 6. B. Cook 7. Jenkins (RS)

Tomalin -> We have to make the play offs with the team we've put together. In other words if we don't make the play-offs then we've underachieved. I agree with flappy's side because everything points towards that being the 1-7 but I'm not entirely ruling out a wildcard / surprise signing either.
-
R. Worrall as the 6.61 and that will be the 1-7 imo.
-
He was.
-
I'm not ruling it out because it's certainly a left field announcement for Stevie's testimonial imo.
-
That's why I've come up with the very long shot team manager theory purely because I cant build a competitive 1-7 featuring Andersen and other riders who've been linked with us this winter that ties in with Tomalin's comments. Tomalin has gone public again today saying we must make the play-offs with the team we've put together and to me that doesn't sound like the 1-7 side that's 2.30 under the limit because everybody knows it's got no chance of even being in contention for a play-off spot (Wooden spoon guaranteed)

Also liking social media posts saying that we've moved the Dads Army Legends on though which suggests Hans has gone too.
-
I don't know tbh, Lindback was mentioned on the Ipswich thread a few weeks back though. I'm just putting 2 and 2 together though.
-
He'd be a 7.00, I don't think he's at Panthers but I just found it interesting that he's riding in a Testimonial for a rider he doesn't have any kind of connection with. Could be at Ipswich though imo.
-
Have Lindback and Steve Worrall ever ridden in the same 1-7 because I cant recall that happening tbh? If they haven't then it's really odd that Lindback is riding in Steve's Testimonial imo. Could be down to Lindback wanting to get a few laps in on a British track ahead of the new Premiership season (Key word could)
-
I thought that was interesting too. Very weird how he's going to ride in Steve Worrall's testimonial when they barely know each other.
-
Me neither, We know for sure that 7 riders have put pen to paper now because we've heard that from the horses mouth as the saying goes. Therefore I honestly don't think Tomalin would be still be talking about play-offs if we were left way short of the points limit having to go with a 1-7 that nobody really wanted on the management side of things either. To me Tomalin's comments scream NKI, R. Worrall, Basso, Tungate, C. Holder, B. Cook & Jenkins.
-
That was mentioned in the club press release last week so it has to be that one imo.
-
Exactly why the 1-7 on here cant be correct.
-
Back to Panthers chat. If our 1-7 is sh1te then it's not going to go down well among the fan base considering the lengthy wait which is just frustrating at this point, It's not stirring up interest at all even though it was at first.

I don't buy the Emil rumours, I think it's false info leaked by the club to certain individuals who are then leaking it across social media, The clubs are hardly going to admit to scrambling over the same riders as it makes them both sound desperate. Emil has to breach his mega money contract with Torun and start a rift with them after singing a contract under specific terms set by Torun's management stating that he has to agree to not ride in any other country. FIM can step in but at the end of the day Emil has no case because he signed a contract under specific terms stating that he wouldn't ride in another country. Say for example the FIM take his side just to continue the story, after all of that, he'd then have to rely on a Pro-Ukrainian British Government to do him a favour and then hope that Torun don't terminate him for breaching the terms in his contract after double crossing them.

Can only be down to us wanting the same riders imo, It's just too much of a coincidence to be anything else imo.
-
Could be a couple of reasons imo. 1. His career is coming to an end so it's a case of getting every last penny out of the sport while he still can. 2. Could also be a farewell tour when it comes to British Speedway like Kasprzak at Lynn.
-
Nicki P did say that he wouldn't rule out picking himself for the World Cup if he performs well next season.
-
One of the two sides that I posted earlier.
-
True.
-
Only an idiot would think that though, The proposed team is a complete mess, Engine room is a disaster. 2. Hans who's way past it and cant ride big tracks anymore, GSA likely to drop again. 3. Basso riding out of position as a HL with extra pressure on his young shoulders who's only going to be starting his second season in the Prem. 4. R. Worrall also riding out of position who's GSA will drop, 5+2 or 6+1 is his limit.

I'll put the kettle on for ya. Tea two sugars sound good?
