  1. That's the last bit of hope that I'm currently clinging onto tbh. I'm just hoping that Tomalin is funding a big move to get us out of the brown stuff.
  2. I really do hope so because Buster just needs leave the past in the past at this point.
  3. 9.46 left for one rider I make it after Richie's discount. NKI 7.59 Basso 6.81 R. Worrall 6.15 Andersen 4.93 B. Cook 4.06 Jenkins (RS)
  4. It's going to be 2022 all over again unless Tomalin wants to fund a move for someone like Dudek for 6k a night.
  5. I don't like it either mate, I'm as frustrated as everyone else. I just think we've chucked the towel in now if it's true about us losing Tungate as well because if we're desperate then we should be paying out whatever the rider wants. What 1-7 are you going with?
  6. Worrall gets a discount. Could be a case of nobody being available though.
  7. Well I'm going with Ostergaard as the final rider because why not? Not like our team is going to be competitive anyway.
  8. Going by the press release you'd assume it's the following -> NKI, Holder, Worrall & Andersen (Experienced) Basso, Cook & Jenkins (Young racers) I just cant see Holder being at Peterborough now though.
  9. We've just got to hope that Tomalin has managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat with his finances tbh.
  10. Experienced could also be a polite way of describing riders who are passed it though. Think we're using the Young sensational racers line to describe Ben Cook, Ben Basso & Jenkins tbh.
  11. I'm good, That was obvious weeks ago imo. Long shot but Tomalin might have pulled a rabbit out of the hat if he's still talking about winning trophies. We're not Arsenal lol.
  12. So what's everybody's final prediction for our 1-7 then? 15.61 left for the final two riders after the obvious duo of NKI & Andersen. Have we managed to save our bacon by pulling off a move for Nicki Pedersen, Ramus Jensen or Kenneth Bjerre? Or will it be the very likely route involving riders like Worrall, Tungate, Craig Cook etc.
  13. Riss is much better than Tungate around Ipswich though so that would make them weaker imo.
  14. Seeing as my first conspiracy was correct I'm going for another one having thought about it in the last few minutes. Ulrich Ostergaard will do a U-Turn and will ride for the Panthers in 2023.
  15. Sticking with what I said yesterday and I'd be shocked if I'm wrong. Holder & Hume to Ipswich. NKI, Andersen, Tungate, Worrall, Basso, Cook & JJ to Panthers.
  16. Told you, It's been obvious for a while imo.
  17. Forgone conclusion then if he's not the owner. PP - NKI, Andersen, Tungate, Worrall, Basso, Cook & JJ IPS - Doyle, Rew, King, Riss, Holder, Hume & Thomas
  18. Take it he's not going to be the owner now then.
  19. Agree, I don't think it was supposed to come to this though. I think the takeover was going to be completed in November but something went wrong hence the reason why the planned radio announcement was cancelled at the last minute. Ipswich probably chased shadows (Emil) thinking they could get one over on Poland before giving up the ghost. Then it's all led to this situation between the two clubs making verbal agreements with the same riders where neither club can make a move until they know what the other club is doing for certain. Riders caught up in it while the fans are left frustrated with a lack of news, Like you said really messy.
  20. Can see why Ipswich aren't realising Tungate to Panthers now because if Tomalin completes the takeover and wrapped up deals for both Holder & Worrall as well then Ipswich would be left with none of them. All of that would make Hans Andersen a lock for Peterborough in 2023 no matter who's in charge, Assuming NKI is also a lock too unless Nicki P has a verbal agreement that no ITK knows about. If Tomalin completes the takeover then we'd only be getting one of Tungate or Worrall as Ipswich would need to use the other one considering Holder would be a Panther.
  21. At least we've finally got to the bottom of it now by putting two and two together after reading this weeks PT and the Speedway Star which basically gave it away.
  22. Makes all the sense in the world after forgetting about Baldy's post regarding Tungate the other day. Holder not putting pen to paper until a takeover is complete. Tungate isn't being released by Ipswich until they know who they're getting in return, Not leaving themselves short so they're playing it safe with the waiting game. Worrall is virtually the middle man as it stands but guaranteed a Premiership place at the end of it. All of them are 50/50 coin flips as it stands and anyone of them could end up at Ipswich or Peterborough.
  23. I forgot about that but yes Tungate too then.
  24. Love a conspiracy theory so here's one that's based around a domino effect between two clubs, Kind of makes sense as well imo, Let me know what you think. 1. Peterborough's team building suffers delay after delay and Ipswich team building is now delayed yet another month according to Hawkins. 2. Ipswich aren't getting Emil and it's all PR and instead they're waiting to see if Tomalin completes the takeover of Peterborough because if he doesn't then they're getting Chris Holder to go with Danyon Hume. 3. Chris Holder has chosen his destination for 2023 (Peterborough) but it's only a verbal agreement on the basis that the club is owned by Tomalin, Deal off if Buster remains in charge. 4. If Tomalin completes the takeover and Holder finally puts pen to paper then Ipswich will probably end up with Richie Worrall considering he's the rider who's in one minute and then out the next at Peterborough but Peterborough aren't giving Richie the green light to sign for Ipswich just yet as we'll need him if the takeover doesn't happen. 5. Ipswich aren't signing a seventh rider until they know who the sixth rider is going to be but they've got verbal agreements in place with riders too as confirmed by Hawkins on Twitter. My guess is those riders are Chris Holder, Richie Worrall and Danyon Hume. The Emil stuff just isn't believable to me as I can't see Emil going back on his word by pishing off Torun's management and causing a rift with them to a point where the FIM has to step just so he can ride in Britain. Torun can easily terminate Emil for breach of contract if the Speedway Star article is true about the conditions in Emil's Polish contract where he agreed to ride in Poland only. All of this results in the following 1-7's for both clubs Tomalin owned Panthers (NKI, Andersen, Basso, Tungate, Holder, Cook & JJ) or Buster owned Panthers (NKI, Andersen, Tungate, Worrall, Basso, Cook & JJ) Ipswich (Doyle, Worrall, Riss, King, Rew, Thomas + Batchelor or a returning engine rider to Britain) or (Doyle, Rew, King, Riss, Holder, Hume & Thomas)
