  1. Who gets announced next then? Andersen or Worrall? I just hope we don't have to wait until March to find out.
  2. Having thought about today's social media NKI reveal. 'Lead by example' could mean that NKI is the captain rather than the No.1 Nicki P, Andersen, Basso, Worrall, NKI, Cook & JJ is the only team that makes sense to me but Gasser is 100% certain on Holder. I think the club are going to save the best signing till last rather than ending the lengthy 2023 team building process on a whimper. So if Chris Holder isn't one of the next two announced then don't rule out Nicki Pedersen being the last announced rider for 2023. I agree, Very expensive for an average return.
  3. What's happening with Zagar this year? Doesn't have a team place anywhere as it stands.
  4. The 1-7 would be banking on Buster letting his authority known. If it's the 2.30 under the limit 1-7 then I don't think we'd be short of takers lol.
  5. I wouldn't shift Worrall out personally, I'm all for Worrall signing as I think it's a shrewd move tbh. Only Prem track Richie is rubbish on is Belle Vue imo other than the NSS he's pretty reliable everywhere else and he rarely let's his team down imo.
  6. Yh we need somebody who's going to do a Bewley/Doyle. Hans needs carrying these days on any big track.
  7. We've got one prayer left and that's banking on Peterborough dropping us a red herring this morning with the 'Lead by example' when announcing NKI. That one last prayer is the following Nicki P Andersen Basso R. Worrall NKI B. Cook Jenkins If it doesn't happen then it's season over and everything is just a waste of everyone's time, money and effort. Nicki P is raring to go for 3.5k a meeting so we've got no excuse not to pay him that money considering we've got funds from Eurosport, Buster, Crendon and extra funding from Tomalin in 2023. No excuse to run 2.30 under the limit when riders have made it known that they're available for the right price.
  8. We're going to end up with 0 bonus points at the end of the season if Andersen is in.
  9. Panthers 100% bottom if it's Andersen instead of Tungate.
  10. Thing is Andersen won't be getting sacked even if his average drops to 3.00. If he's managed to get a job when we've got over 7.00 points left then it basically says that Hans Andersen is bulletproof no matter how bad he gets, Everyone else in the side is a decent / good signing imo. I cant see us beating BV, Leicester or Sheffield at Home for certain if Andersen's in the side, If you get Emil then that's another two losses at Home, Very tough ask to hit the 46 points on the road to anyone with a team that's 2.30 under the limit imo.
  11. They just have a patchy record around our place (2022 excluded) to a point where I'd fancy our top end to win enough Heats to beat Wolves twice at Home. Wolves will obliterate us twice around Monmore though.
  12. If Andersen inevitably gets announced the our 1-7 won't even win 25% of it's fixtures next season. In NFL terms our league season has a ceiling of W4-L20 and that's with luck falling our way. Other than Wolves at Home, I honestly don't see where we could pick up a win.
  13. The real blame lies with Buster, Carl and Dale if / when the inevitable let down happens. All three of them are experienced enough to a point where they should be having a word with Tomalin and advising him to hold back on making public statements we wont be able to back up on track as well as setting out goals that aren't achievable or realistic. Instead they've basically just stood around watching the new promoter dig himself a hole from the get go tbh if the last one is Hans Andersen. Where's Buster this winter? He's been as quiet as a mouse.
  14. Nothing wrong with NKI signing, He's a very good signing, Years of track knowledge around Peterborough, Years of experience riding on tracks produced by Buster. Every rider is prone to injury, So I'm not worried about his recent injury record because one bad crash can end anyone's season at any moment. Don't forget that NKI won races for fun on his visit to BV last year when the vast majority of visiting HL's couldn't buy a win around the place. Now this is where the fun or disaster starts and to me today makes everything points towards Gasser90's info being 100% spot on. Tungate = Title Challenge Andersen = Wooden spoon as well as everything being a waste of time, money and effort on everyone's behalf.
  15. Must admit, That does sound like Emil
  16. Time to give Gasser90 credit where credits due me thinks, Basically the club have confirmed NKI as the No.1 by saying 'lead by example' therefore that basically says Chris Holder is at 5 considering we've not been linked with any other rider on a 7.00-7.58. Richie Worrall is a lock and he's just left a like on the NKI post too.
  17. Personally I think NKI is a lock as he's Busters go to guy in British Speedway when looking for a HL and I think Basso will have to ride at 3 even though he should be at 4. I'm 50/50 between Nicki Pedersen & Chris Holder for the last HL role despite the majority being 100% on Chris Holder. (Not saying they're wrong as they're more than likely right) I'd be 100% on Chris Holder being in too if Buster wasn't at the club, It's just that KL situation a few years back that was a big deal and not your usual silly little thing where everything is water under the bridge within a week or two..
  18. Fingers crossed the club gives us something concrete to discuss in the morning, At the moment it's all he said, she said stuff. I'll laugh if the 1-7 does contain Andersen & Worrall though because it'll be funny to see how the club try and spin things after talking us up all winter.
  19. At least your fans know what they're paying for when buying a season ticket though.
  20. Tbf Haaland is a tap in merchant lol. Harry Kane is the best Striker in English Football.
  21. Yep. I just want it over and done with now tbh.
  22. I honestly don't think he's in I just find it odd that he's not bothered to ride in other one off meetings at Poole like Middlo's Testimonial and Darcy's benefit meeting just to name a couple yet he's turning up for Steve Worrall's Testimonial when he barely knows the guy.
  23. Might get some news tomorrow considering it's Speedway Star Day.
