Torun GP Saturday 28th September
TTT replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Wouldn't expect anything less from a Ukrainian. They adore Polski's, Bigger love fest than Cypriots to Greeks. -
No logic to signing Cook on a 6.99 when you can get a proven HL and better rider in Lidsey on a 6.58.
-
Doesn't fit unless it's a 40.00 point limit.
-
Any deal for Brennan surely depends on the points limit, I've got two teams down for Ipswich, One built up to 39 and the other 40. Either way Danny King is defo going to be back imo. = 38.87 (1. Doyle, 2. Ellis, 3. King, 4. Rew, 5. Sayfutdinov, 6. D. Thompson & 7. RS) = 39.92 or 39.72 (1. Doyle, 2. Rew/Ellis, 3. Brennan, 4. King, 5. Sayfutdinov, 6. D. Thompson & 7. RS)
-
Only way I see Brennan potentially at Ipswich is if it's a 40 point limit. 1. Doyle 9.36 2. Rew 5.67 / Ellis 5.47 3. Brennan 6.52 4. King 6.14 5. Sayfutdinov 9.12 6. D. Thompson 3.11 7. (RS) = 39.92 or 39.72

This where I'm at now, Working with a 39.00 limit. BELLE VUE 1. B. Kurtz 9.18 2. Zischke 4.57 3. Lidsey 6.58 4. Blodorn 5.40 5. Bewley 8.52 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 6. Vuolas 4.13 7. Mulford (RS) = 38.38 BIRMINGHAM 1. Lindgren 8.13 2. Z. Cook 5.57 3. Brennan 6.52 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 4. S. Worrall 5.69 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 5. Douglas 7.30 (Rumour that's brewing) 6. Lampart 4.93 7. Flint (RS) = 38.14 IPSWICH 1. Doyle 9.36 2. Ellis 5.47 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 3. King 6.14 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 4. Rew 5.67 5. Sayfutdinov 9.12 6. D. Thompson 3.11 (After -25% RS Reduction) 7. (RS) = 38.87 KING'S LYNN (Rob Lyon confirmed it's strength in depth) 1. B. Cook 6.99 2. Kvech 6.58 3. Iversen 6.83 4. Klindt 6.59 5. Basso 6.89 6. Kerr 4.77 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) or Wojdylo 4.74 7. (RS) = 38.65 / = 38.62 LEICESTER 1. Fricke 9.14 2. 3. Lawson 6.91 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 4. Becker 6.57 5. Masters 7.32 6. 7. Hagon (RS) 9.06 OXFORD 1. Woffinden 8.45 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 2. Harris 6.06 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 3. Janowski 7.02 4. Wright 6.32 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 5. Tungate 7.71 6. Boughen 3.00 (Minimum average for a Premiership 1-6 rider) 7. Killeen (RS) = 38.56 SHEFFIELD 1. J. Holder 8.85 2. Howarth 5.06 3. Pickering 6.74 4. 5.65 5. C. Holder 8.79 6. Rowe 3.91 (After -25% RS Reduction) 7. Edwards / Gilkes (RS)

I just don't have faith in Tolley to ever put a good side together hence why I've put Douggie in a Lions side. Fair play if Tolley and co. manage to put together a good side for a change though.
-
1. Fricke 2. 3. Lawson 4. Masters / Becker 5. Douglas 6. 7. Hagon (RS) 9.51 / 10.51 left for two riders.
-
Jack is the best one around Owlerton so he's a lock. If Chris doesn't want to be back then it'll be Tai at No.5 but if Chris wants in then Tai will probably end up at Oxford with his mate Janowski.
-
King is almost certain to be back if we're being honest because Ipswich won't sacrifice Ellis to get Brennan in as they'll need another replacement for Ellis who'll be a much weaker rider around Foxhall when searching around for riders on 5 something GSA's. Options would be riders like Craig Cook, Sedgmen, S. Worrall and co.
-
Agree, Ben Cook is a number in Buster's phonebook who's happy to ride for his clubs (Panthers 23 and Guest bookings for KL this season) Lidsey or B. Cook has to go from BV because Kurtz and Bewley won't, Lidsey holds a lot of value in his average as proven by his points scoring in the play-offs after reverting back to old equipment so it'll be stupid to let another club benefit from it so I think it's odds on that Ben Cook will be at KL.
-
BV should be aiming for this. 1. Kurtz 9.18 2. Blodorn 5.40 3. Lidsey 6.58 4. Rew 5.67 5. Bewley 8.49 (-2.5% Brit reduction) 6. Zischke 4.57 7. Mulford (RS) = 39.90
-
Think Ben Cook will be the only new face in the 1-5 as BV would be silly not to retain Lidsey on a low average.
-
BV would have to do a choke of all chokes for Leicester to win. This see's BV over the line. Bewley & Kurtz (20 between them) Lidsey & NKI (12 between them) Blodorn, Voulas & Mulford (5 between them and they can do that just by beating Hagon with 3-3's in Heat 2 and Heat 7)
