  1. Janowski looked good at Lublin last night. Woffinden has been dire in Poland all year. Does missing the aggregate bonus & Grudziadz winning mean Leszno are relegated?
  2. Won't bother watching any more of that. Wet conditions means absolutely no racing in first 5 heats. Gate & follow the leader. Several riders appear unhappy with the conditions.
  3. Great performance from Lambert & what an Ekstraliga debut from Rowe. Wiktor Lampart injured or dropped? Fricke was very harsh on Sayfutdinov.
  4. You really shouldn't bother replying to anything that poster posts! Just ignore him and life on this forum becomes far more sensible.
  5. I did see Belle Vue win at EoESg in July 2021 but it's been three years, 10+ meetings at 4 different tracks. All the Brummies riders were riding what turned out to be the slowest line in the first few heats. It was as if the track was prepared completely the opposite to how they expected it to be.
  6. I had a reasonable view of the first bend on the temporary stand at the end of the start/finish straight. I didn't think there was any contact from Lindgren, unlike the first time, but there certainly wasn't much room for Kurtz and as the shale had been thoroughly drenched I couldn't see how he had a chance of staying up.
  7. Like last week I thought the Brummies reserves should have outscored their Aces counterparts enough to win the meeting for the home team. Pawlicki got going by the end but isn't looking anything like the class rider he is in Poland... although he did have a poor weekend for FZG & at Bydgoszcz. Thought the track was over watered at the start but no complaints it was absolutely scorching at the start of the meeting, that was why Kurtz had two spills in heat 1. Gates 2 & 3 were an obvious advantage. Look at Blodorn's score, he was untouchable off the middle gates but absolutely nowhere when off the outside gates. Except for Lidsey somehow managing to go from 1st to last on the first lap of heat 7, I can't remember any over taking.
  8. A few notes as I go to bed ... It was good to see the Aces win away for the first time since 2005. I don't think I have seen them win away more recently but I could have in 2021. I did see Bewley & Kurtz win the pairs at Beaumont Park last year but that doesn't count. It was also nice to go to a Speedway meeting & being able to get there in less than 30 minutes and home in 15 minutes. Finally.. Brummies lost the meeting in heats 1 & 2.. when they were 2-10 down and rode like they had never seen the track before. Was it that different last week?
  9. If Wroclaw had no injury issues, they'd not be far off Lublin but their bottom 3 riders just don't compare with Lublin's. Leon Madsen - 2, 3, 2, 3, 3, 1 =14 Not much by the look of him, the few heats I saw he looked very quick.
  10. Belle Vue Speedway TEAM NEWS After impressing in their last couple of meetings, we are delighted to confirm that both Antti Vuolas and Jake Mulford have signed for the ATPI Aces! "It’s nice to have a full team again and bringing in Jake and Antti was a no-brainer, particularly after their performance against Oxford."
  11. Without Bewley can't see anything but an easy home win.
  12. Bewley posted on Instagram earlier that he can't ride until Wroclaw face Gorzow a week today If Douglas is guesting for Woofinden tomorrow, who is guesting for Musielak? Edit... Luke Becker @#1 for Stars tomorrow.
  13. Seems a long time since I watched a meeting from Bydgoszcz. I think it is 10 years to the day when I first flew there for the SWC when Iversen stole it on the last lap from KoƂodziej.
  14. Well that is open to manipulation by a cut throat team manager. I can't keep up with all the changes this year.
  15. For me this is where the meeting was lost for the Brummies... Considering the experience of the 4 reserves, the Brummies pair should not be out scored by the Tigers pair.
  16. I was aware that TS couldn't be used in heat 8, didn't think there couldn't be a reserve change... what if the RS is injured? Not sure, I have never watched a NDL meeting. Looking at the Championship stats: Sam Hagon GSA 5.18 CMA 5.82 Jake Mulford GSA 4.10 CMA 5.15 And NDL: Sam Hagon GSA 11.47 CMA 11.47 Jake Mulford GSA 8.14 CMA 8.28
  17. Brennan isn't a second hear leader yet, but he has done a sterling job for Brummies this year. No one should expect him to consistently take points off either Holder or Fricke. Brummies were let down by the two reserves, Flint & Castagne should not have dropped points to the Sheffield reserves. Palm Toft is living off his reputation from the Panthers Dads Army play off success .. he's frankly been a disappointment since. He gets a pass tonight since it was his Brummies debut.
  18. I thought aggregate bonus had been lost after Lidsey's spill and the consequential Spires 1-5 in heat 3. I've seen better spectacles at the NSS. Janowski is very hot & cold. Dodgy team management on both sides, Voulas should have replaced Mulford (who I don't think is the answer to Ace's RS gap) in heat 8 and Oxford should have used TS in heat 9. Thought Kurtz was going to come off going so wide in the really deep stuff on bend four on laps 2 & 3 of heat 15, Bewley did him no favours as they entered the second lap that's for sure.
  19. I only saw both teams on Thursday night, when Kemp was riding. Ever since it feels like I've been dealing with Crowd Strike.
  20. Riss's is occupying visitor 2 position in the pits? Edit.... just seen line-ups, Riss was at 6 on Thursday. So Kemp has been dropped?
