Is the the alternative to Panthers website now, because there'e jack on there where it should be! -
Are you onthe PT payroll? At least Panthers website sees sense: "Promoter Ged Rathbone said:" - they can't control the madbrush elsewhere
-
What exactly were you expecting? That is modern day speedway!

Doesn't answer the question of when on Friday they knew that he wasn't riding, as the Panthers news item said that he was? One assumes that his 24 hour sick note was issued hours before the Plymouth meeting? Who saw anything to say as such? -

That's the bit that's confusing. There's nothing in Panthers match preview or report which says that he was in Germany. If he was then he was never going to be at plymouth was he (I doubt that he'd be doing the round trip from Germany just for this meeting?), so you could have saved yourself the expense if that was the case -

Cheating the public at the very least for this meeting? "Teen talent Robert Lambert, who returns to Panthers colours at Plymouth after missing their three most recent meetings" was posted on Friday so when was it known that he wouldn't be riding? Did you see any tweets, news items or posts to say that he wasn't riding? Honesty stops people guessing or looking for a story which apparently isn't there. -

Keep us posted. I was prepared to accept illness, it happens, but benefit of the doubt is trying to ride off into the distance. -
Can't trust anyone called supremo, it's the local journo equivalent of the Timeform squiggle! Rathbone isn't working in the self interest EL though is he. Tetley no doubt got stitched up numerous times just because of where he came from.
-
Personally I'd let Swales & Rathbone sign who they want, get it approved by the BSPA under some clause that's not written down anywhere, then watch the fallout on the BSF - now that's entertainment
-
So that's a no then
-
You may choose whatever treat you fancy as long as it sticks out of the mouth a bit. We just need to establish whether or not you're gonna let go.
-
What's that Lassie? You think the BSPA make it up as they go along? Good Boy, have a bone
-
I prefer natural progression. That should happen anyway with 3 leagues.
-
That sums it up for me. I don't prefer the PL. It isn't better. It's better organised. The EL is a mess. If it ever gets back to better quality throughout the league with increased teams then it's the place to be IMO. Problems is that the EL's decline will continue as Pearson & Tatum do their best to make it seem exciting. Never thought I'd say that Swales & Rathbone are doing ok, but they are in many aspects.
-
Is it?
-
"Hoping" - which can mean anything.
-
Someone read him the club officials page for all our sakes - General Manager: Ged Rathbone - not supremo, he's at Brandon, thankfully!
-
Seemed to start off well: PETERBOROUGH promoter Ged Rathbone, but then someone broke his concentration, The Middlesbrough-based supremo
-
Must have been a huge Readypower pram with internal prams included. Was looking for an excuse to watch Ev v Manure & The Arse v Chelsea double, it's not made that difficult these days
-
Not Rob personally, it's just that the descriptor down Peterborough way for anyone wining about a rideable track is doing a "Rob Lyon". Similarly, if something goes your way then we tend to say that you shouldn't get over confident because it could be a "Kozza"

I think that the fact that the sport is in the place it is suggests that it matters not a jot. How many seasons have fans been talking about such issues as the sport continues to travel downhill? But what do you know; here we are in 2015 sweeping things under the carpet. or not. as the sport continues to decline.
