Interesting stats that illustrate in recent seasons that the aces home advantage has grown. The races with Emil last night were good examples of where it is difficult for away riders to defend safely as the track is so wide. The NSS is more akin to long track racing. -

It all seems to be about the set up at the NSS. The Belle Vue trio of heat leaders are rarely on slower bikes, and in most cases they are considerably quicker. Whilst some of the racing is entertaining, this persistent home advantage makes it a bit too predictable for my liking -
