More glorious nuggets from the vaults. Thoughts and prayers to all those involved, Godspeed.
-
They will indeed old bean. Wowzers. The vaults can certainly be an unforgiving place LOL
-
Absolutely. I’ll be paying a visit and very much looking forward to it. Well done to all involved it looks fantastic and I hope it’s well attended because the effort put in here certainly deserves it.

Need to give this fella a chance before writing him off.
-
Of course you’re not happy because you’ve spent the entire winter putting up your little laughing emoji’s whenever someone posted that Ipswich were actively trying to sign him and posting regularly that Ipswich were wasting their time and it was never going to happen. Now they’ve signed him it’s made you look a bit stupid!

Sad news. RIP George.

Predictions for Prem 2023 as teams stand ...
Aries replied to Pauldoveyspeedway's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
What’s your predictions then fella? -
I saw that myself. It was posted by one bot on Twitter which was then retweeted by a couple of others. When he was challenged to provide the photo in question, he’s ignored them. Seems to be an awful lot of mischief making going on and a few negative comments on Twitter from brand new accounts created only yesterday. The majority of the negative comments seem to be coming from the Poles, and yet the same people seem happy for him to resume racing in their native Poland. How does that make sense?
-
Good news. You’d think Laguta would have a few more issues if he has any thoughts of coming over.
-
Don’t think anyone believes he/she was buying 3 season tickets either! Another sh!t stirrer stirring the pot.
-
3.07 with 25% reduction, if he also gets the 2.5% British reduction on top of that then it takes it down to the minimum 3.00.
-
That would have been one of the first things they applied for before Christmas surely? Danyon Hume has been hanging on for his team place for months. Why wasn’t he announced today as well as Emil? Makes you wonder actually.
-
He’ll be well looked after by Guy Nicholls. His machinery will be top notch no danger of that. He certainly won’t be on the track spare!
-
What has that got to do with what you said about the reception? We don’t know that what you’ve said is accurate either. Russian tennis players without any kind of dual nationality or citizenship elsewhere have been allowed to compete as individuals, except Wimbledon last year. But things may have changed? I bet they play Wimbledon this year! I suggest you have a read of this https://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2022/06/28/bmay-j28.html

Perhaps the government should throw your wife out of the UK as well for her heinous crime of having been born in Russia! I’m kidding mate obviously. Anyone who boos Emil Sayfutdinov needs to give their head a wobble,, anyone with a brain cell won’t be doing that.
-
Won’t be the 1-7 at the end of the season either. One thing that sets Chris Louis apart from his Dad, is that Chris is never afraid to make changes if there’s a chance to improve unlike his father who would plod on until the end of the season with the same septet regardless of form. With that kind of financial backing as well, it’s a question of when not if Ipswich win the title.
-
That’s different to what he’s been saying on a regular basis over the last 12 months! According to him he’s been desperate to return to the UK and has written to many UK promoters to confirm his availability.
-
“It is a bit more work for the mechanic because we need to build an extra bike and get the equipment ready, but we are pretty much ready with that and will have everything done and dusted for the middle of March.” Not everything written in the Polish media is accurate.
-
Weren’t you one of a few who defiantly said numerous times this deal wasn’t happening and Louis was wasting his time? Still confident old chap?
-
He had to have ridden for one of the two. He said about a month ago he had a deal in the UK.
-
No you can’t be using that excuse. The bloke is in his 40’s and has been riding all tracks big and small for donkeys years! How many laps has he done around the showground? And you think riding a smaller track in the championship means he’s forgotten how to ride the Showground?
-
Emil? Imagine that lol
-
Plymouth track would suit Manzares down to the ground. Very similar size to the tracks he’d have grown up on in the States.

Last Wednesday you said no announcements tomorrow, then the following morning Worrall was announced whilst there was no “other news”.
